1 Besaleel fece l'arca di legno d'acacia, lunga due cubiti e mezzo, larga un cubito e mezzo e alta un cubito e mezzo.	1 Bezalel made the ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, one and a half cubits wide, and one and a half cubits high.
2 La ricoprì d'oro puro, dentro e fuori, e le fece intorno un bordo d'oro.	2 The inside and outside were plated with gold, and a molding of gold was put around it.
3 Fuse per essa quattro anelli d'oro ai suoi quattro piedi: due anelli su un lato e due anelli sul suo secondo lato.	3 Four gold rings were cast and put on its four supports, two rings for one side and two for the opposite side.
4 Fece delle stanghe di legno d'acacia, le ricoprì d'oro	4 Poles of acacia wood were made and plated with gold;
5 e introdusse le stanghe negli anelli ai lati dell'arca per trasportare l'arca.	5 these were put through the rings on the sides of the ark, for carrying it.
6 Fece un propiziatorio d'oro puro, lungo due cubiti e mezzo e largo un cubito e mezzo.	6 The propitiatory was made of pure gold, two and a half cubits long and one and a half cubits wide.
7 Fece due cherubini d'oro massiccio: li fece alle due estremità del propiziatorio.	7 Two cherubim of beaten gold were made for the two ends of the propitiatory,
8 Fece un cherubino da una parte e l'altro cherubino dall'altra parte del propiziatorio: fece i cherubini sulle sue due estremità.	8 one cherub fastened at one end, the other at the other end, springing directly from the propitiatory at its two ends.

They were turned toward each other, but with their faces looking toward the propitiatory.

11 La ricoprì d'oro puro e le fece intorno un bordo d'oro.	11 It was plated with pure gold, and a molding of gold was put around it.
12 Le fece intorno dei traversini di un palmo e fece un bordo d'oro intorno ai suoi traversini.	12 A frame a handbreadth high was also put around it, with a molding of gold around the frame.
13 Fuse per essa quattro anelli d'oro e pose gli anelli ai quattro angoli che sono ai suoi quattro piedi.	13 Four rings of gold were cast for it and fastened, one at each of the four corners.
14 Accanto ai traversini erano gli anelli per contenere le stanghe per sollevare la tavola.	14 The rings were alongside the frame as holders for the poles to carry the table.
15 Fece le stanghe in legno d'acacia e le ricoprì d'oro per sollevare la tavola.	15 These poles were made of acacia wood and plated with gold.
16 Fece gli oggetti che erano sulla tavola d'oro puro: i suoi piatti, le sue coppe, le sue anfore e le sue tazze, con cui si fanno le libazioni.	16 The vessels that were set on the table, its plates and cups, as well as its pitchers and bowls for pouring libations, were of pure gold.
17 Fece il candelabro d'oro puro: lo fece d'oro massiccio, con il suo tronco e i suoi rami; aveva i suoi calici, le sue corolle e i suoi fiori.	17 The lampstand was made of pure beaten gold--its shaft and branches as well as its cups and knobs and petals springing directly from it.

20 Il candelabro aveva quattro calici in forma di mandorlo, con le loro corolle e i loro fiori:	20 On the shaft there were four cups, shaped like almond blossoms, with their knobs and petals,

23 Fece le sue sette lampade, i suoi smoccolatoi e i suoi portacenere d'oro puro.	23 Its seven lamps, as well as its trimming shears and trays, were made of pure gold.

26 Ricoprì d'oro puro il suo ripiano superiore, i suoi lati intorno e i suoi corni; e gli fece intorno una bordatura d'oro.	26 Its grate on top, its walls on all four sides, and its horns were plated with pure gold; and a molding of gold was put around it.
27 Gli fece due anelli d'oro sotto la sua bordatura, sui due fianchi, cioè sui due lati opposti per introdurvi le stanghe con le quali portarlo.	27 Underneath the molding gold rings were placed, two on one side and two on the opposite side, as holders for the poles to carry it.
28 Fece le stanghe in legno d'acacia e le ricoprì d'oro.	28 The poles, too, were made of acacia wood and plated with gold.
29 Fece l'olio dell'unzione santa e l'incenso profumato, puro, opera di profumiere.	29 The sacred anointing oil and the fragrant incense were prepared in their pure form by a perfumer.
