1 'The Dwelling itself you wil make with ten sheets of finely woven linen dyed violet-purple, red-purpleand crimson. You will have them embroidered with great winged creatures.	1 - Così poi farai il tabernacolo. Appresterai dieci cortine di bisso ritorto, di giacinto, di porpora e di cocco tinto due volte, a vario ricamo.
2 The length of a single sheet is to be twenty-eight cubits, its width four cubits, al the sheets to be of thesame size.	2 La lunghezza di ciascuna cortina sarà di ventotto cubiti, la larghezza di quattro, e tutte saranno della stessa misura.
3 Five of the sheets are to be joined to one another, and the other five sheets are to be joined to oneanother.	3 Cinque s'uniranno insieme, e le altre cinque insieme.
4 You will make violet loops along the edge of the first sheet, at the end of the set, and do the samealong the edge of the last sheet in the other set.	4 Ai lati ed all'estremità delle cortine, porrai dei legaccioli di giacinto, per poterle legare una con l'altra.
5 You will make fifty loops on the first sheet and fifty loops along the outer edge of the sheet of thesecond set, the loops corresponding to one another.	5 Ogni cortina avrà cinquanta legaccioli per parte, così disposti che ogni legacciolo d'una corrisponda a quello dell'altra, e possano legarsi insieme.
6 You will also make fifty gold clasps, and join the sheets together with the clasps. In this way theDwelling wil be a unified whole.	6 Farai anche cinquanta anelli d'oro, co' quali si possan riunire le due vele di cinque cortine, per far tutta una copertura.
7 'You will make sheets of goats' hair to form a tent over the Dwel ing; you wil make eleven of these.	7 Farai poi undici teli di pelo di capra, per ricoprire il disopra del tabernacolo.
8 The length of a single sheet must be thirty cubits and its width four cubits, the eleven sheets to be alof the same size.	8 La lunghezza di un telo sarà di trenta cubiti, e la larghezza di quattro; tutti i teli saranno di egual misura.
9 You will join five sheets together into one set, and six sheets into another; the sixth you wil fold doubleover the front of the tent.	9 Di questi, cinque ne riunirai da sè, e gli altri sei da sè, di modo che il sesto venga ripiegato sul davanti del tabernacolo.
10 You wil make fifty loops along the edge of the first sheet, at the end of the first set, and fifty loopsalong the edge of the sheet of the second set.	10 Metterai cinquanta legacci sull'orlo di un telo, acciò possa unirsi con un altro; e cinquanta legaccioli sull'orlo di questo, per unirlo col primo.
11 You wil make fifty bronze clasps and insert the clasps into the loops, to draw the tent together and tomake it a unified whole.	11 E farai cinquanta fibbie di bronzo, con le quali fermare i legaccioli, in modo da farne tutta una copertura.
12 'Of the extra part of the sheets that overlap, half is to hang down the back of the Dwel ing.	12 Di quello che avanzerà di teli preparati per copertura, cioè di quel telo che è in più, con una metà coprirai la parte posteriore del tabernacolo.
13 The extra cubit on either side along the length of the tent sheets must hang down the sides of theDwelling on either side to cover it.	13 Il telo che è di più in lunghezza, penderà d'un cubito da una parte e dall'altra, ricoprendo da ambedue i lati il tabernacolo.
14 'And for the tent you will make a cover of rams' skins dyed red and a cover of fine leather over that.	14 Porrai poi sopra a questo un'altra copertura di pelli di montone tinte in rosso; e, sopra a questa, un'altra ancora di pelli tinte in violaceo.
15 'For the Dwelling you wil make vertical frames of acacia wood.	15 Farai anche di legno di setim le assi del tabernacolo, da stare dritte,
16 Each frame must be ten cubits long and one and a half cubits wide.	16 ed avranno ciascuna di lunghezza dieci cubiti, e di larghezza uno e mezzo.
17 Each frame must have twin tenons; that is how al the frames for the Dwelling must be made.	17 Sui lati di ciascun'asse si faranno due incastrature, con le quali connettere un'asse con l'altra; e tutte saranno così preparate.
18 You wil make frames for the Dwel ing: twenty frames for the south side, to the south,	18 Venti di queste saranno nel lato meridionale, che guarda a mezzogiorno.
19 and make forty silver sockets under the twenty frames, two sockets under one frame for its twotenons, two sockets under the next frame for its two tenons;	19 E per esse fonderai quaranta basi d'argento, di modo che ogni asse posi pei due angoli su due basi.

22 For the back of the Dwel ing, on the west, you wil make six frames,	22 Nel lato occidentale poi del tabernacolo porrai sei assi,
23 and make two frames for the corners at the back of the Dwel ing;	23 ed altre due in più, da drizzarsi negli angoli di fondo del tabernacolo.
24 these must be coupled together at the bottom, and right up to the top, to the level of the first ring; thisfor the two frames that must form the two corners.	24 Saranno congiunte da cima a fondo, e tutte egualmente incastrate una nell'altra. Anche le due assi degli angoli saranno così congiunte.
25 Thus there wil be eight frames with their silver sockets: sixteen sockets; two sockets under oneframe and two sockets under the next frame.	25 Saranno dunque in tutto otto assi, con sedici basi d'argento, contando due basi per asse.
26 'You wil make crossbars of acacia wood: five for the frames of the first side of the Dwelling,	26 Farai anche, di legno di setim, cinque traverse per tener ferme le assi di una parete del tabernacolo;
27 five crossbars for the frames of the opposite side of the Dwel ing, and five crossbars for the frameswhich form the back of the Dwel ing, to the west.	27 cinque altre per l'altra parete; e cinque ancora per quella che guarda ad occidente;
28 The middle bar must join the frames from one end to the other, halfway up.	28 ed andranno, fra le assi, da un'estremità all'altra.
29 You wil overlay the frames with gold, make gold rings for them, through which to place thecrossbars, and overlay the crossbars with gold.	29 Le assi poi, le coprirai di lamina d'oro, e vi porrai degli anelli d'oro pei quali passeranno le traverse che terranno fermo il tavolato; queste pur ricoprirai con lamina d'oro.
30 This is how you must erect the Dwel ing, fol owing the design shown you on the mountain.	30 E costruirai il tabernacolo conforme al modello che sul monte t'è stato mostrato.
31 'You wil make a curtain of finely woven linen, dyed violet-purple, red-purple and crimson, andembroidered with great winged creatures,	31 Inoltre farai un velo di giacinto, porpora, cocco tinto due volte, e bisso ritorto, tessuto di bella varietà con ricami;
32 and put it on four poles of acacia wood overlaid with gold, with golden hooks for them, set in foursockets of silver.	32 e lo appenderai sul davanti di quattro colonne di legno di setim, dorate esse pure, coi capitelli d'oro e le basi d'argento.
33 You wil put the curtain below the clasps, so that inside behind the curtain, you can place the ark ofthe Testimony, and the curtain wil mark the division for you between the Holy Place and the Holy of Holies.	33 Il velo sarà sorretto da anelli; dividerà il santo dal santo dei santi e al di là di esso porrai l'arca dell'alleanza.
34 You wil put the mercy-seat on the ark of the Testimony in the Holy of Holies.	34 Nel santo de' santi, sull'arca della testimonianza, porrai il propiziatorio.
35 You wil place the table outside the curtain, and the lamp-stand on the south side of the Dwel ing,opposite the table; you will put the table on the north side.	35 Al di qua poi del velo, la mensa; in faccia alla mensa, il candelabro, sul lato meridionale del tabernacolo; la mensa infatti starà dal lato settentrionale.
36 For the entrance to the tent you wil make a screen of finely woven linen embroidered with violet-purple, red-purple and crimson,	36 Ed all'ingresso del tabernacolo porrai una tenda di giacinto, porpora, cocco tinto due volte, e bisso ritorto con ricami.
37 and for the screen you wil make five poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold, with goldenhooks, and for them you wil cast five sockets of bronze.'	37 Coprirai d'oro cinque colonne di legno di setim, davanti alle quali si tirerà quella tenda, ed avranno i capitelli d'oro e le basi di bronzo.
