1 Le jour où Moïse eut achevé d'ériger la Demeure, il l'oignit et la consacra avec tout son mobilier,ainsi que l'autel avec tous ses accessoires. 3 Ils conduisirent leur offrande devant Yahvé: six chariots couverts et douze boeufs, un chariot pourdeux princes, et un boeuf chacun. Ils les firent venir devant la Demeure.	3 They brought their offering before Yahweh: six covered wagons and twelve oxen, one wagon for everytwo leaders and one ox each. They brought them in front of the Dwel ing.
4 Yahvé parla à Moïse et dit:	4 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,
5 "Reçois-les d'eux, et qu'ils soient affectés au service de la Tente du Rendez-vous. Tu les donnerasaux Lévites, à chacun en raison de sa fonction."	5 'Accept these from them, and let them be set apart for the service of the Tent of Meeting. You wil givethem to the Levites, to each as his duties require.'
6 Moïse prit les chariots et les boeufs, il les donna aux Lévites.	6 Moses took the wagons and oxen, and gave them to the Levites.
7 Aux fils de Gershôn, il donna deux chariots et quatre boeufs, en raison de leur fonction.	7 To the Gershonites he gave two wagons and four oxen for the duties they had to perform.
8 Aux fils de Merari, il donna quatre chariots et huit boeufs, en raison de la fonction qu'ils avaient àremplir sous la direction d'Itamar, fils d'Aaron le prêtre.	8 To the Merarites he gave four wagons and eight oxen for the duties they had to perform under thedirection of Ithamar, son of Aaron the priest.
9 Mais aux fils de Qehat, il n'en donna point, car eux devaient porter sur les épaules la charge sacréequi leur incombait.	9 But to the Kohathites he gave none at all, because the sacred charge entrusted to them had to becarried on their shoulders.
10 Les princes firent alors une offrande pour la dédicace de l'autel, le jour de son onction. Ilsapportèrent leur offrande devant l'autel,	10 The leaders then made an offering for the dedication of the altar, on the day it was anointed. Theybrought their offering before the altar,
11 et Yahvé dit à Moïse: "Que chaque jour l'un des princes apporte son offrande pour la dédicace del'autel."	11 and Yahweh said to Moses, 'Each day one of the leaders must bring his offering for the dedication ofthe altar.'
12 Celui qui apporta son offrande le premier jour fut Nahshôn, fils d'Amminadab, de la tribu deJuda.	12 On the first day an offering was brought by Nahshon son of Amminadab, of the tribe of Judah.
13 Son offrande comprenait: une coupe d'argent pesant 130 sicles, une coupe d'aspersion en argentde 70 sicles (en sicles du sanctuaire), toutes deux remplies, pour l'oblation, de fleur de farine pétrie à l'huile,	13 His offering consisted of: one silver bowl weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, one silver sprinklingbowl weighing seventy shekels (sanctuary shekels), both of them ful of fine flour mixed with oil as a cerealoffering,
14 une coupe d'or de dix sicles, pleine d'encens,	14 one golden bowl weighing ten shekels, ful of incense,
15 un taureau, un bélier et un agneau d'un an pour l'holocauste,	15 one young bul , one ram and one male yearling lamb as a burnt offering,
16 un bouc pour le sacrifice pour le péché,	16 one he-goat as a sacrifice for sin,

84 Telles furent les offrandes des princes d'Israël pour la dédicace de l'autel, le jour de son onction:douze coupes d'argent, douze coupes d'aspersion en argent, douze coupes d'or.	84 Such were the offerings made by the leaders of Israel for the dedication of the altar on the day it wasanointed: twelve silver bowls, twelve silver sprinkling bowls, and twelve golden bowls.
85 Chaque coupe d'argent pesant 130 sicles, et chaque coupe d'aspersion 70, l'argent de ces objetspesait en tout 2.400 sicles du sanctuaire.	85 Each silver bowl weighed a hundred and thirty shekels, and each sprinkling bowl seventy, the silver ofthese objects weighing in al two thousand four hundred sanctuary shekels.
86 Les douze coupes d'or remplies d'encens pesant chacune dix sicles, en sicles du sanctuaire, l'or deces coupes pesait en tout 120 sicles.	86 The twelve golden bowls ful of incense each weighed ten shekels (sanctuary shekels), the gold ofthese bowls weighing in al a hundred and twenty shekels.
87 Total du bétail pour l'holocauste: douze taureaux, douze béliers, douze agneaux d'un an, avec lesoblations conjointes. Pour le sacrifice pour le péché, douze boucs.	87 The sum total of animals for the burnt offering: twelve bul s, twelve rams, twelve male yearling lambs,with their cereal offerings. For the sacrifice for sin, twelve he-goats.
88 Total du bétail pour le sacrifice de communion: 24 taureaux, 60 béliers, 60 boucs, 60 agneauxd'un an. Telles furent les offrandes pour la dédicace de l'autel, après son onction.	88 The sum total of animals for the communion sacrifice: twenty-four bulls, sixty rams, sixty he-goats andsixty male yearling lambs. Such were the offerings for the dedication of the altar, after it had been anointed.
89 Quand Moïse pénétrait dans la Tente du Rendez-vous pour s'adresser à Lui, il entendait la voixqui lui parlait du haut du propitiatoire que portait l'arche du Témoignage, entre les deux chérubins. Alors ils'adressait à Lui.	89 When Moses went into the Tent of Meeting to speak with him, he heard the voice speaking to himfrom above the mercy-seat on the ark of the Testimony, from between the two great winged creatures. He thenspoke to him.
