Apocalipsis de Juan 22

BIBLIA	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Luego me mostró el río de agua de Vida, brillante como el cristal, que brotaba del trono de Dios y del Cordero.	1 Then the angel showed me the river of life, rising from the throne of God and of the Lamb and flowingcrystal-clear.
2 En medio de la plaza, a una y otra margen del río, hay árboles de Vida, que dan fruto doce veces, una vez cada mes; y sus hojas sirven de medicina para los gentiles.	2 Down the middle of the city street, on either bank of the river were the trees of life, which bear twelvecrops of fruit in a year, one in each month, and the leaves of which are the cure for the nations.
3 Y no habrá ya maldición alguna; el trono de Dios y del Cordero estará en la ciudad y los siervos de Dios le darán culto.	3 The curse of destruction will be abolished. The throne of God and of the Lamb wil be in the city; hisservants will worship him,
4 Verán su rostro y llevarán su nombre en la frente.	4 they wil see him face to face, and his name wil be written on their foreheads.
5 Noche ya no habrá; no tienen necesidad de luz de lámpara ni de luz del sol, porque el Señor Dios los alumbrará y reinarán por los siglos de los siglos.	5 And night will be abolished; they will not need lamplight or sunlight, because the Lord God will beshining on them. They wil reign for ever and ever.
6 Luego me dijo: «Estas palabras son ciertas y verdaderas; el Señor Dios, que inspira a los profetas, ha enviado a su Angel para manifestar a sus siervos lo que ha de suceder pronto.	6 The angel said to me, 'Al that you have written is sure and wil come true: the Lord God who inspiresthe prophets has sent his angel to reveal to his servants what is soon to take place.
7 Mira, vengo pronto. Dichoso el que guarde las palabras proféticas de este libro».	7 I am coming soon!' Blessed are those who keep the prophetic message of this book.
8 Yo, Juan, fui el que vi y oí esto. Y cuando lo oí y vi, caí a los pies del Angel que me había mostrado todo esto para adorarle.	8 I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. When I had heard and seen them all, I knelt atthe feet of the angel who had shown them to me, to worship him;
9 Pero él me dijo: «No, cuidado; yo soy un siervo como tú y tus hermanos los profetas y los que guardan las palabras de este libro. A Dios tienes que adorar».	9 but he said, 'Do no such thing: I am your fel ow-servant and the fel ow-servant of your brothers theprophets and those who keep the message of this book. God alone you must worship.'
10 Y me dijo: «No selles las palabras proféticas de este libro, porque el Tiempo está cerca.	10 This, too, he said to me, 'Do not keep the prophecies in this book a secret, because the Time isclose.
11 Que el injusto siga cometiendo injusticias y el manchado siga manchándose; que el justo siga practicando la justicia y el santo siga santificándose.	11 Meanwhile let the sinner continue sinning, and the unclean continue to be unclean; let the uprightcontinue in his uprightness, and those who are holy continue to be holy.
12 Mira, vengo pronto y traigo mi recompensa conmigo para pagar a cada uno según su trabajo.	12 Look, I am coming soon, and my reward is with me, to repay everyone as their deeds deserve.
13 Yo soy el Alfa y la Omega, el Primero y el Ultimo, el Principio y el Fin.	13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
14 Dichosos los que laven sus vestiduras, así podrán disponer del árbol de la Vida y entrarán por las puertas en la Ciudad.	14 Blessed are those who wil have washed their robes clean, so that they wil have the right to feed onthe tree of life and can come through the gates into the city.
15 ¡Fuera los perros, los hechiceros, los impuros, los asesinos, los idólatras, y todo el que ame y practique la mentira!»	15 Others must stay outside: dogs, fortune-tel ers, and the sexually immoral, murderers, idolaters, andeveryone of false speech and false life.'
16 Yo, Jesús, he enviado a mi Angel para daros testimonio de lo referente a las Iglesias. Yo soy el Retoño y el descendiente de David, el Lucero radiante del alba».	16 I, Jesus, have sent my angel to attest these things to you for the sake of the churches. I am the sprigfrom the root of David and the bright star of the morning.
17 El Espíritu y la Novia dicen: «¡Ven!» Y el que oiga, diga: «¡Ven!» Y el que tenga sed, que se acerque, y el que quiera, reciba gratis agua de vida.	17 The Spirit and the Bride say, 'Come!' Let everyone who listens answer, 'Come!' Then let al who arethirsty come: all who want it may have the water of life, and have it free.
18 Yo advierto a todo el que escuche las palabras proféticas de este libro: «Si alguno añade algo sobre esto, Dios echará sobre él las plagas que se describen en este libro.	18 This is my solemn attestation to al who hear the prophecies in this book: if anyone adds anything tothem, God wil add to him every plague mentioned in the book;
19 Y si alguno quita algo a las palabras de este libro profético, Dios le quitará su parte en el árbol de la Vida y en la Ciudad Santa, que se describen en este libro».	19 if anyone cuts anything out of the prophecies in this book, God wil cut off his share of the tree of life and of the holy city, which are described in the book.
20 Dice el que da testimonio de todo esto: «Sí, vengo pronto». ¡Amén! ¡Ven, Señor Jesús!	20 The one who attests these things says: I am indeed coming soon. Amen; come, Lord Jesus.
21 Que la gracia del Señor Jesús sea con todos. ¡Amén!	21 May the grace of the Lord Jesus be with you al . Amen.
