Osea 3

BIBBIA TINTORI	NEW JERUSALEM
1 E il Signore mi disse: « Va ancora, ed ama una donna amata dall'amico e adultera, come il Signore ama i figli d'Israele, mentre essi si rivolgono a dèi stranieri ed amano le vinacce dell'uva ».	1 Yahweh said to me, 'Go again, love a woman who loves another man, an adulteress, and love her asYahweh loves the Israelites although they turn to other gods and love raisin cakes.'
2 Ed io me la comprai con quindici monete d'argento e un coro e mezzo d'orzo.	2 So I bought her for fifteen shekels of silver, a homer of barley and a skin of wine,
3 E dissi a lei: « Tu mi aspetterai per molti giorni, senza fornicare, senza essere di alcun uomo, ed io pure ti aspetterò ».	3 and I said to her, 'You wil have to spend a long time waiting for me without playing the whore andwithout giving yourself to any man, and I wil behave in the same way towards you.'
4 Or per molti giorni i figli d'Israele staranno senza re, senza principe, senza sacrifizio, senza altare, senza efod e senza fiera fim.	4 For the Israelites wil have to spend a long time without king or leader, without sacrifice or sacred pil ar,without ephod or domestic images;
5 E dopo questo i figli d'Israele ritorneranno a cercare il Signore loro Dio e David loro re, e si accosteranno con timore al Signore e ai suoi beni alla fine dei giorni.	5 but after that, the Israel- ites wil return and again seek Yahweh their God and David their king, and turntrembling to Yahweh for his bounty in the final days.
