A Miktam of David; for instruction; when he strove with Aram-naharaim and with Aram-zobah, and when Joab on his return killed twelve thousand of Edom in the Valley of Salt. 2 Thou hast made the land to quake, thou hast rent it open; repair its breaches, for it totters.	2 Cuando luchó contra Aram Naharaim y contra Aram de Sobá, y Joab volvió para derrotar a Edom, en el valle de la Sal, dando muerte a doce mil hombres.
3 Thou hast made thy people suffer hard things; thou hast given us wine to drink that made us reel.	3 ¡Oh Dios, tú nos has rechazado, nos has deshecho! Estabas irritado: ¡vuélvete a nosotros!
4 Thou hast set up a banner for those who fear thee, to rally to it from the bow. [Selah]	4 Hiciste temblar la tierra, la agrietaste: repara sus grietas, porque se desmorona.

11 O grant us help against the foe, for vain is the help of man!	11 ¿Quién me llevará hasta la ciudad fortificada, quién me conducirá hasta Edom,
12 With God we shall do valiantly; it is he who will tread down our foes.	12 si tú, oh Dios, nos has rechazado y ya no sales con nuestro ejército?
	13 Danos tu ayuda contra el adversario, porque es inútil el auxilio de los hombres.
	14 Con Dios alcanzaremos la victoria y él aplastará a nuestros enemigos.
