Exodus 25

1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:	1 El Señor dijo a Moisés:
2 “Speak to the sons of Israel, so that they may take the first-fruits to me. You shall accept these from every man who offers of his own accord.	2 Ordena a los israelitas que me preparen una ofrenda. Después ustedes la recibirán de todos aquellos que vengan a traerla voluntariamente.
3 Now these are the things that you must accept: Gold, and silver, and brass,	3 Las ofrendas que recogerán son estas: oro, plata y bronce;
4 hyacinth and purple, and twice-dyed scarlet, and fine linen, the hair of goats,	4 púrpura violeta, púrpura escarlata y carmesí; lino fino y pelo de cabra;
5 and the skins of rams, dyed red, and skins of violet, and setim wood,	5 cueros de carnero teñidos de rojo, pieles finas y madera de acacia;
6 oil to prepare lights, aromatics as ointments and sweet-smelling incense,	6 aceite para las lámparas, perfumes para el óleo de la unción y para el incienso aromático;
7 onyx stones and gems to adorn the ephod as well as the breastplate.	7 piedras de ónix y piedras de engaste para el efod y el pectoral.
8 And they shall make a sanctuary for me, and I will live in their midst.	8 Con todo esto me harán un Santuario y yo habitaré en medio de ellos.
9 According to exact likeness of the tabernacle, and all of the vessels for its rituals, that I will reveal to you, so shall you make it.	9 En la construcción de la Morada y de todo su mobiliario te ajustarás exactamente a los modelos que yo te mostraré.
10 Join together an ark of setim wood, whose length shall hold two and one half cubits; the width, one and one half cubits; the height, likewise, one and one half cubits.	10 Tú harás un arca de madera de acacia, que deberá tener ciento veinticinco centímetros de largo por setenta y cinco de ancho y setenta y cinco de alto.
11 And you shall overlay it with the finest gold, inside and out. And over it, you shall fashion a gold crown all around,	11 La recubrirás de oro puro por dentro y por fuera, y pondrás alrededor de ella, en la parte de arriba, una moldura de oro.
12 and four gold rings, which you shall set into the four corners of the ark. Let two rings be on one side and two on the other.	12 También le harás cuatro argollas de oro fundido y se las colocarás en los cuatro extremos inferiores, dos de un lado y dos del otro.
13 Likewise, you shall make bars of setim wood and cover them with gold.	13 Asimismo, harás unas andas de madera de acacia, las revestirás de oro,
14 And you shall put them through the rings that are in the sides of the ark, so that it may be carried on them.	14 y las harás pasar por las argollas que están a los costados del arca, para poder transportarla.
15 These must always be in the rings, neither shall they ever be drawn out of them.	15 Las andas estarán fijas en las argollas y no serán quitadas.
16 And you shall place the testimony, which I will give to you, in the ark.	16 En el arca pondrás las tablas del Testimonio que yo te daré.
17 You shall also make a propitiatory of the finest gold. Its length shall hold two and one half cubits, and the width, one and one half cubits.	17 También harás una tapa de oro puro, de ciento veinticinco centímetros de largo por setenta y cinco de ancho,
18 Likewise, you shall make two Cherubim of formed gold, on both sides of the oracle.	18 y en sus dos extremos forjarás a martillo dos querubines de oro macizo.
19 Let one Cherub be on the one side, and the other be on the other.	19 El primer querubín estará en un extremo y el segundo en el otro, y los harás de tal manera que formen una sola pieza con la tapa.
20 And let them cover both sides of the propitiatory, spreading their wings and covering the oracle, and let them look out toward one another, their faces being turned toward the propitiatory, with which the ark is to be covered,	20 Ellos tendrán las alas extendidas hacia arriba, cubriendo con ellas la tapa; y estarán uno frente a otro, con sus rostros vueltos hacia ella.
21 in which you will place the testimony that I will give to you.	21 Después colocarás la tapa sobre la parte superior del arca, y en ella pondrás las tablas del Testimonio que yo te daré.
22 From there, I will warn you and speak to you, above the propitiatory and from the middle of the two Cherubim, which will be over the ark of the testimony, about everything that I will command of the sons of Israel through you.	22 Allí me encontraré contigo, y desde allí desde el espacio que está en medio de los dos querubines, yo te comunicaré mis órdenes para que se las transmitas a los israelitas.
23 You shall also make a table of setim wood, having two cubits of length, and one cubit in width, and one cubit and one half cubits in height.	23 Tú harás, además, una mesa de madera de acacia, de un metro de largo por medio metro de ancho y setenta y cinco centímetros de alto.
24 And you shall overlay it with the purest gold. And you shall make it with a gold lip all around,	24 La recubrirás de oro fino y le colocarás alrededor una moldura de oro.
25 and for the lip itself an engraved crown, four fingers high, and above it another little gold crown.	25 Luego le pondrás un borde de un palmo de ancho, y adornarás todo el borde con una guirnalda de oro.
26 Likewise, you shall prepare four gold rings and set them in the four corners of the same table, over each foot.	26 Después harás cuatro argollas de oro, y las ajustarás a los cuatro ángulos que forman las cuatro patas de la mesa.
27 Under the crown, there shall be gold rings, so that the bars may be put through them and the table may be carried.	27 Las argollas estarán bien cerca del borde, a fin de que sirvan de sostén a las andas que se usarán para transportar la mesa.
28 Likewise, the bars themselves you shall make of setim wood, and surround them with gold, to lift up the table.	28 Harás las andas de madera de acacia y las recubrirás de oro; ellas servirán para transportar la mesa.
29 You shall also prepare small cups, as well as bowls, censers, and measuring cups, with which the libations shall be offered, out of the purest gold.	29 También harás fuentes, vasos, jarras y tazas de oro puro para las libaciones.
30 And you shall place upon the table the bread of the presence, in my sight always.	30 Y sobre la mesa pondrás los panes de la ofrenda, que estarán siempre ante mí.
31 You shall also make a lampstand, formed from the finest gold, along with its stem and arms, its bowl and little spheres, as well as the lilies proceeding from it.	31 Harás, asimismo, un candelabro de oro puro. Tanto la base y el tronco del candelabro como los cálices, los botones y las flores que le servirán de adorno, serán forjados a martillo y formarán una sola pieza.
32 Six branches shall go out from the sides: three out of one side and three out of the other.	32 De sus lados saldrán seis brazos: tres de un lado y tres del otro.
33 Three bowls, the size of nuts, shall be on each branch, and a little sphere with it, and a lily. And three similar bowls, in the likeness of nuts, shall be on the other branch, and a little sphere with it, and a lily. This shall be the form of the six branches, which are to proceed from the stem.	33 Cada uno de estos brazos tendrán tres adornos en forma de flor de almendro, los tres con un cáliz, un botón y una flor.
34 Then, in the lampstand itself, there shall be four bowls, the size of nuts, and each with little spheres and lilies.	34 El tranco del candelabro, en cambio, tendrá cuatro adornos de esa misma forma, distribuidos de esta manera:
35 Little spheres under two branches in three places, which together make six, shall proceed from one of the stems.	35 un botón irá debajo de los dos primeros brazos que salen de él, el otro estará debajo de los dos siguientes, y un tercero, debajo de los dos últimos.
36 Thus both the little spheres and the branches shall be made out of the same thing: entirely formed from the purest gold.	36 Los botones y las flores formarán una sola pieza con el candelabro, y todo estará hecho con un solo bloque de oro puro, forjado a martillo.
37 You shall also make seven lamps, and you shall place them upon the lampstand, so that they may give light in every direction.	37 Después harás siete lámparas y las dispondrás de manera que envíen la luz hacia adelante.
38 Likewise, the candle snuffers, and the place where the candles will be extinguished, shall be made from the purest gold.	38 Las tenazas para arreglar los pabilos y sus platillos serán de oro puro.
39 The entire weight of the candlestick, with all its parts, shall hold one talent of the purest gold.	39 Para hacer el candelabro y todos estos utensilios se empleará un talento de oro puro.
40 Observe, and then make it according to the example that was shown to you on the mountain.”	40 Y ten cuidado de hacerlo conforme al modelo que te fue mostrado en la Montaña.
