Isaiah 62

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBBIA TINTORI
1 About Zion I wil not be silent, about Jerusalem I shal not rest until saving justice dawns for her like abright light and her salvation like a blazing torch.	1 Per amore di Sion io non tacerò, per amor di Gerusalemme non mi darò posa, finché non venga fuori come la luce il suo Giusto, e non risplenda come ardente fiaccola il suo Salvatore.
2 The nations wil then see your saving justice, and all kings your glory, and you wil be cal ed a newname which Yahweh's mouth wil reveal.	2 E le nazioni vedranno il tuo Giusto, tutti i re la tua gloria. E tu sarai chiamata con nuovo nome scelto dalla bocca del Signore.
3 You will be a crown of splendour in Yahweh's hand, a princely diadem in the hand of your God.	3 E sarai una corona di gloria nella mano del Signore, un diadema reale nella mano del tuo Dio.
4 No more wil you be known as 'Forsaken' or your country be known as 'Desolation'; instead, you wil becal ed 'My Delight is in her' and your country 'The Wedded'; for Yahweh wil take delight in you and your countrywil have its wedding.	4 Non sarai più detta l'Abbandonata, la tua terra non si chiamerà più desolata; ma sarai detta oggetto delle mie compiacenze, e la tua terra (sarà detta) l'abitata, perchè il Signore in te si è compiaciuto, e la tua terra sarà abitata.
5 Like a young man marrying a virgin, your rebuilder will wed you, and as the bridegroom rejoices in his bride, so wil your God rejoice in you.	5 Come il giovane starà colla vergine, così staranno in te i tuoi figlioli; come gode lo sposo colla sposa, così godrà con te il tuo Dio.
6 On your wal s, Jerusalem, I have posted watchmen; they will never fal silent, day or night. No peace foryou, as you keep Yahweh's attention!	6 Sulle tue mura, o Gerusalemme, ho disposte le sentinelle, giammai, nè di giorno nè di notte, taceranno. O voi che ricordate il Signore, non tacete,
7 And give him no peace either until he restores Jerusalem and makes her the pride of the world!	7 non gli date riposo, finché Egli non ha resa Gerusalemme gloria della terra.
8 Yahweh has sworn by his right hand and by his mighty arm: Never again shall I give your grain to feedyour enemies. Never again will foreigners drink the wine for which you have toiled.	8 Il Signore l'ha giurato per la sua destra, pel suo braccio potente: « Non darò più il tuo grano in cibo ai tuoi nemici; i figli dello straniero non berranno più il tuo vino per cui faticasti;
9 No, the reapers wil eat it and praise Yahweh, the harvesters will drink it in my sacred courts!	9 perchè coloro che han raccolto il grano lo piangeranno e benediranno il Signore, e quelli che vendemmiano beveranno nell'atrio mio santo.
10 Pass through, pass through the gates. Clear a way for my people! Level up, level up the highway,remove the stones! Hoist a signal to the peoples!	10 Passate, passate per le porte, preparate la via al popolo, spianate la strada, toglietene i sassi, alzate lo stendardo ai popoli.
11 This is what Yahweh has proclaimed to the remotest part of earth: Say to the daughter of Zion, 'Look,your salvation is coming; with him comes his reward, his achievement precedes him!'	11 Ecco il Signore ha pubblicato fino all'estremità della terra: « Dite alla figlia di Sion: — Ecco viene il tuo Salvatore, porta con sè la sua ricompensa e la sua opera gli sta dinanzi ».
12 They will be cal ed 'The Holy People', 'Yahweh's Redeemed', while you will be cal ed 'Sought-after','City-not-forsaken'.	12 Essi saran chiamati il popolo santo, i redenti del Signore. E tu sarai detta la città ricercata e non abbandonata.
