Isaiah 62

1 About Zion I wil not be silent, about Jerusalem I shal not rest until saving justice dawns for her like abright light and her salvation like a blazing torch.	1 Per amor di Sionne io non tacerò, e per amor di Gerusalemme io non mi darò posa, fino a tanto che il suo Giusto nasca come la luce del dì, e il suo Salvatore qual face ardente risplenda;
2 The nations wil then see your saving justice, and all kings your glory, and you wil be cal ed a newname which Yahweh's mouth wil reveal.	2 Perocché le genti vedranno il tuo Giusto, e tutti i regi il tuo (re) glorioso: e sarà imposto a te un nome nuovo, cui la bocca del Signore dichiarerà.
3 You will be a crown of splendour in Yahweh's hand, a princely diadem in the hand of your God.	3 E tu sarai corona di gloria nella mano del Signore, e un diadema reale nella mano del tuo Dio.
4 No more wil you be known as 'Forsaken' or your country be known as 'Desolation'; instead, you wil becal ed 'My Delight is in her' and your country 'The Wedded'; for Yahweh wil take delight in you and your countrywil have its wedding.	4 Tu non sarai detta più, La ripudiata; e la tua terra non sarà detta più, La desolata; ma tu sarai detta, La amata da me; e la tua terra dirassi. La popolata. Perocché il Signore si è in te compiaciuto; e la tua terra sarà abitata;
5 Like a young man marrying a virgin, your rebuilder will wed you, and as the bridegroom rejoices in his bride, so wil your God rejoice in you.	5 Imperocché come coabita un giovine con una vergine, così abiteranno teco i tuoi figli: e come il gaudio dello sposo è la sposa, così sarai tu il gaudio del tuo Dio.
6 On your wal s, Jerusalem, I have posted watchmen; they will never fal silent, day or night. No peace foryou, as you keep Yahweh's attention!	6 Sulle tue mura, o Gerusalemme, ho disposti i custodi, per tutto il dì, e per tutta quanta la notte non taceranno giammai. Voi, che del Signore fate memoria, non tacete.
7 And give him no peace either until he restores Jerusalem and makes her the pride of the world!	7 E non istate in silenzio, sino a tantoche egli stabilisca Gerusalemme, e gloriosa la renda sopra la terra.
8 Yahweh has sworn by his right hand and by his mighty arm: Never again shall I give your grain to feedyour enemies. Never again will foreigners drink the wine for which you have toiled.	8 Il Signore ha giurato per la sua destra, e pel suo braccio forte: io non darò il tuo grano in cibo a' tuoi nemici: e gli stranieri non beranno più il tuo vino, che a te costa fatiche.
9 No, the reapers wil eat it and praise Yahweh, the harvesters will drink it in my sacred courts!	9 Perocché quegli, che raccolgono il grano, mangeranno, e benediranno il Signore; e quei, che vendemmiano, beveranno nell'atrio mio santo.
10 Pass through, pass through the gates. Clear a way for my people! Level up, level up the highway,remove the stones! Hoist a signal to the peoples!	10 Uscite, uscite fuor delle porte, preparate la via al popolo, agevolate il cammino, toglietene i sassi, e alzate a' popoli il segnale.
11 This is what Yahweh has proclaimed to the remotest part of earth: Say to the daughter of Zion, 'Look,your salvation is coming; with him comes his reward, his achievement precedes him!'	11 Ecco, che il Signore ha fatto udir questa voce fino alle estremità della terra; dite alla figliuola di Sion: Ecco, che viene il tuo Salvatore? ecco, che egli ha seco la sua ricompensa, e il premio dell'opera sua ha egli dinanzi a se.
12 They will be cal ed 'The Holy People', 'Yahweh's Redeemed', while you will be cal ed 'Sought-after','City-not-forsaken'.	12 E saran chiamati: Il popolo santo, i redenti del Signore. E tu sarai chiamata: Città di concorso, e non derelitta.
