1 [For the choirmaster Psalm Of David] May Yahweh answer you in time of trouble, may the name of theGod of Jacob protect you!	1 For the leader. A psalm of David.
2 May he send you help from the sanctuary, give you support from Zion!	2 The LORD answer you in time of distress; the name of the God of Jacob defend you!
3 May he remember al your sacrifices and delight in your burnt offerings! Pause	3 May God send you help from the temple, from Zion be your support.
4 May he grant you your heart's desire and crown al your plans with success!	4 May God remember your every offering, graciously accept your holocaust, Selah
5 So that with joy we can hail your victory and draw up our ranks in the name of our God. May Yahwehgrant all your petitions.	5 Grant what is in your heart, fulfill your every plan.
6 Now I know that Yahweh gives victory to his anointed. He wil respond from his holy heavens withgreat deeds of victory from his right hand.	6 May we shout for joy at your victory, raise the banners in the name of our God. The LORD grant your every prayer!
7 Some cal on chariots, some on horses, but we on the name of Yahweh our God.	7 Now I know victory is given to the anointed of the LORD. God will answer him from the holy heavens with a strong arm that brings victory.
8 They wil crumple and fall, while we stand upright and firm.	8 Some rely on chariots, others on horses, but we on the name of the LORD our God.
9 Yahweh, save the king, answer us when we cal .	9 They collapse and fall, but we stand strong and firm.
	10 LORD, grant victory to the king; answer when we call upon you.
