3 John 1

¹ The Presbyter to the beloved Gaius whom I love in truth.	¹ :
² Beloved, I hope you are prospering in every respect and are in good health, just as your soul is prospering.	² ايها الحبيب في كل شيء اروم ان تكون ناجحا وصحيحا كما ان نفسك ناجحة.
³ I rejoiced greatly when some of the brothers came and testified to how truly you walk in the truth.	³ لاني فرحت جدا اذ حضر اخوة وشهدوا بالحق الذي فيك كما انك تسلك بالحق.
⁴ Nothing gives me greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.	⁴ ليس لي فرح اعظم من هذا ان اسمع عن اولادي انهم يسلكون بالحق
⁵ Beloved, you are faithful in all you do for the brothers, especially for strangers;	⁵ ايها الحبيب انت تفعل بالامانة كل ما تصنعه الى الاخوة والى الغرباء
⁶ they have testified to your love before the church. Please help them in a way worthy of God to continue their journey.	⁶ الذين شهدوا بمحبتك امام الكنيسة. الذين تفعل حسنا اذا شيعتهم كما يحق للّه
⁷ For they have set out for the sake of the Name and are accepting nothing from the pagans.	⁷ لانهم من اجل اسمه خرجوا وهم لا يأخذون شيئا من الامم.
⁸ Therefore, we ought to support such persons, so that we may be co-workers in the truth.	⁸ فنحن ينبغي لنا ان نقبل امثال هؤلاء لكي نكون عاملين معهم بالحق
⁹ I wrote to the church, but Diotrephes, who loves to dominate, does not acknowledge us.	⁹ كتبت الى الكنيسة ولكن ديوتريفس الذي يحب ان يكون الاول بينهم لا يقبلنا.
¹⁰ Therefore, if I come, I will draw attention to what he is doing, spreading evil nonsense about us. And not content with that, he will not receive the brothers, hindering those who wish to do so and expelling them from the church.	¹⁰ من اجل ذلك اذا جئت فسأذكّره باعماله التي يعملها هاذرا علينا باقوال خبيثة. واذ هو غير مكتف بهذه لا يقبل الاخوة ويمنع ايضا الذين يريدون ويطردهم من الكنيسة.
¹¹ Beloved, do not imitate evil but imitate good. Whoever does what is good is of God; whoever does what is evil has never seen God.	¹¹ ايها الحبيب لا تتمثل بالشر بل بالخير لان من يصنع الخير هو من الله ومن يصنع الشر فلم يبصر الله
¹² Demetrius receives a good report from all, even from the truth itself. We give our testimonial as well, and you know our testimony is true.	¹² ديمتريوس مشهود له من الجميع ومن الحق نفسه ونحن ايضا نشهد وانتم تعلمون ان شهادتنا هي صادقة
¹³ I have much to write to you, but I do not wish to write with pen and ink.	¹³ وكان لي كثير لاكتبه لكنني لست اريد ان اكتب اليك بحبر وقلم
¹⁴ Instead, I hope to see you soon, when we can talk face to face.	¹⁴ ولكنني ارجو ان اراك عن قريب فنتكلم فما لفم. ( [ (III John 1:15) ) سلام لك. يسلم عليك الاحباء. سلم على الاحباء باسمائهم ]
¹⁵ Peace be with you. The friends greet you; greet the friends there each by name.
