1 The LORD said to Moses,	1 Le Seigneur parla encore à Moïse, et lui dit:
2 "Take Aaron and his sons, together with the vestments, the anointing oil, the bullock for a sin offering, the two rams, and the basket of unleavened food.	2 Prenez Aaron avec ses fils, leurs vêtements, l'huile d'onction, le veau qui doit être offert pour le péché, deux béliers et une corbeille de pains sans levain,
3 Then assemble the whole community at the entrance of the meeting tent."	3 Et assemblez tout le peuple à l'entrée du tabernacle.
4 And Moses did as the LORD had commanded. When the community had assembled at the entrance of the meeting tent,	4 Moïse fit ce que le Seigneur lui avait commandé; et ayant assemblé tout le peuple devant la porte du tabernacle,
5 Moses told them what the LORD had ordered to be done.	5 Il leur dit: Voici ce que le Seigneur a ordonné que l'on fasse.
6 Bringing forward Aaron and his sons, he first washed them with water.	6 En même temps il présenta Aaron et ses fils; et les ayant lavés,
7 Then he put the tunic on Aaron, girded him with the sash, clothed him with the robe, placed the ephod on him, and girded him with the embroidered belt of the ephod, fastening it around him.	7 Il revêtit le grand prêtre de la tunique de fin lin, et le ceignit avec la ceinture; il le revêtit par-dessus de la robe d'hyacinthe, mit l'éphod sur sa robe,
8 He then set the breastpiece on him, with the Urim and Thummim in it,	8 Et le serrant avec la ceinture, il y attacha le rational, sur lequel étaient écrits ces mots: Doctrine et vérité.
9 and put the miter on his head, attaching the gold plate, the sacred diadem, over the front of the miter, at his forehead, as the LORD had commanded him to do.	9 Il lui mit aussi la tiare sur la tête; et au bas de la tiare qui couvrait le front, il mit la lame d'or consacrée par le saint nom qu'elle portait, selon que le Seigneur le lui avait ordonné.
10 Taking the anointing oil, Moses anointed and consecrated the Dwelling, with all that was in it.	10 Il prit aussi l'huile d'onction, dont il mit sur le tabernacle et sur toutes les choses qui servaient à son usage;
11 Then he sprinkled some of this oil seven times on the altar, and anointed the altar, with all its appurtenances, and the laver, with its base, thus consecrating them.	11 Et ayant fait sept fois les aspersions sur l'autel pour le sanctifier, il y versa l'huile, aussi bien que sur tous ses ustensiles; et il sanctifia de même avec l'huile le lavoir d'airain avec la base qui le soutenait.
12 He also poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron's head, thus consecrating him.	12 Il répandit aussi sur la tête d'Aaron l'huile dont il l'oignit et le consacra;
13 Moses likewise brought forward Aaron's sons, clothed them with tunics, girded them with sashes, and put turbans on them, as the LORD had commanded him to do.	13 Et ayant de même présenté les fils d'Aaron, il les revêtit de tuniques de lin, les ceignit de leurs ceintures, et leur mit des mitres sur la tête, comme le Seigneur l'avait demandé.
14 When he had brought forward the bullock for a sin offering, Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head.	14 Il offrit aussi un veau pour le péché; et Aaron et ses fils ayant mis leurs mains sur la tête du veau,
15 Then Moses slaughtered it, and taking some of its blood, with his finger he put it on the horns around the altar, thus purifying the altar. He also made atonement for the altar by pouring out the blood at its base when he consecrated it.	15 Moïse l'égorgea et en prit le sang; il y trempa son doigt et en mit sur les cornes de l'autel tout alentour; et l'ayant ainsi purifié et sanctifié, il répandit le reste du sang au pied de l'autel.
16 Taking all the fat that was over the inner organs, as well as the lobe of the liver and the two kidneys with their fat, Moses burned them on the altar.	16 Il fit brûler sur l'autel la graisse qui couvre les entrailles, la taie du fois, et les deux reins avec la graisse qui y est attachée;
17 The bullock, however, with its hide and flesh and offal he burned in the fire outside the camp, as the LORD had commanded him to do.	17 Et il brûla le veau hors du camp, avec la peau, la chair et la fiente, comme le Seigneur l'avait ordonné.
18 He next brought forward the holocaust ram, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head.	18 Il offrit aussi un bélier en holocauste; et Aaron avec ses fils lui ayant mis les mains sur la tête,
19 When he had slaughtered it, Moses splashed its blood on all sides of the altar.	19 Il l'égorgea, et en répandit le sang autour de l'autel.
20 After cutting up the ram into pieces, he burned the head, the cut-up pieces and the suet;	20 Il coupa aussi le bélier en morceaux, et il en fit brûler dans le feu la tête, les membres et la graisse,
21 then, having washed the inner organs and the shanks with water, he also burned these remaining parts of the ram on the altar as a holocaust, a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD, as the LORD had commanded him to do.	21 Avec les intestins et les pieds, après les avoir lavés. Il brûla sur l'autel le bélier tout entier, parce que c'était un holocauste d'une odeur très agréable au Seigneur, comme Il le lui avait ordonné.
22 Then he brought forward the second ram, the ordination ram, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head.	22 Il offrit encore un second bélier pour la consécration des prêtres; et Aaron avec ses fils lui ayant mis les mains sur la tête,
23 When he had slaughtered it, Moses took some of its blood and put it on the tip of Aaron's right ear, on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot.	23 Moïse l'égorgea, et, prenant de son sang, il en toucha l'extrémité de l'oreille droite d'Aaron, et le pouce de sa main droite et de son pied droit.
24 Moses had the sons of Aaron also come forward, and he put some of the blood on the tips of their right ears, on the thumbs of their right hands, and on the big toes of their right feet. The rest of the blood he splashed on the sides of the altar.	24 Ayant aussi présenté les fils d'Aaron, il prit du sang du bélier qui avait été immolé, en toucha l'extrémité de l'oreille droite de chacun d'eux, et les pouces de leur main droite et de leur pied droit, et répandit sur l'autel, tout autour, le reste du sang.
25 He then took the fat: the fatty tail and all the fat over the inner organs, the lobe of the liver and the two kidneys with their fat, and likewise the right leg;	25 Il mit à part la graisse, la queue, et toutes les graisses qui couvrent les intestins, la taie du foie et les deux reins avec la graisse qui y est attachée, et l'épaule droite.
26 from the basket of unleavened food that was set before the LORD he took one unleavened cake, one loaf of bread made with oil, and one wafer; these he placed on top of the portions of fat and the right leg.	26 Et prenant de la corbeille des pains sans levain qui étaient devant le Seigneur un pain sans levain, un tourteau arrosé d'huile et un gâteau, il les mit sur les graisses de l'hostie et sur l'épaule droite.
27 He then put all these things into the hands of Aaron and his sons, whom he had wave them as a wave offering before the LORD.	27 Il mit toutes ces choses entre les mains d'Aaron et de ses fils, qui les élevèrent devant le Seigneur.
28 When he had received them back, Moses burned them with the holocaust on the altar as the ordination offering, a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD.	28 Moïse, les ayant prises de nouveau et reçues de leurs mains, les brûla sur l'autel des holocaustes, parce que c'était l'hostie de la consécration et un sacrifice d'une odeur très agréable au Seigneur.
29 He then took the breast and waved it as a wave offering before the LORD; this was Moses' own portion of the ordination ram. All this was in keeping with the LORD'S command to Moses.	29 Il prit aussi la poitrine du bélier immolé pour la consécration des prêtres, et il l'éleva devant le Seigneur, comme la part qui lui était destinée, selon l'ordre qu'il en avait reçu du Seigneur.
30 Taking some of the anointing oil and some of the blood that was on the altar, Moses sprinkled with it Aaron and his vestments, as well as his sons and their vestments, thus consecrating both Aaron and his vestments and his sons and their vestments.	30 Ayant pris ensuite l'huile d'onction et le sang qui était sur l'autel, il fit l'aspersion sur Aaron et sur ses vêtements, sur les fils d'Aaron et sur leurs vêtements;
31 Finally, Moses said to Aaron and his sons, "Boil the flesh at the entrance of the meeting tent, and there eat it with the bread that is in the basket of the ordination offering, in keeping with the command I have received: 'Aaron and his sons shall eat of it.'	31 Et après les avoir sanctifiés dans leurs vêtements, il leur donna cet ordre et leur dit: Faites cuire la chair des victimes devant la porte du tabernacle, et mangez-la en ce même lieu. Mangez-y aussi les pains de consécration qui ont été mis dans la corbeille, selon que le Seigneur me l'a ordonné, en disant: Aaron et ses fils mangeront de ces pains,
32 What is left over of the flesh and the bread you shall burn up in the fire.	32 Et tout ce qui restera de cette chair et de ces pains sera consumé par le feu.
33 Moreover, you are not to depart from the entrance of the meeting tent for seven days, until the days of your ordination are completed; for your ordination is to last for seven days.	33 De plus, vous ne sortirez point de l'entrée du tabernacle pendant sept jours, jusqu'au jour où le temps de votre consécration sera accompli; car la consécration s'achève en sept jours,
34 The LORD has commanded that what has been done today be done to make atonement for you.	34 Comme vous venez de le voir présentement, afin que les cérémonies de ce sacrifice soient accomplies.
35 Hence you must remain at the entrance of the meeting tent day and night for seven days, carrying out the prescriptions of the LORD; otherwise, you shall die; for this is the command I have received."	35 Vous demeurerez jour et nuit dans le tabernacle en veillant devant le Seigneur, de peur que vous ne mouriez, car il m'a été ainsi commandé.
36 So Aaron and his sons did all that the LORD had commanded through Moses.	36 Et Aaron et ses fils firent tout ce que le Seigneur leur avait ordonné par Moïse.
