1 For the leader. Of David, the servant of the LORD.	1 Del maestro de coro. Del siervo de Yahveh. De David.
2 Sin directs the heart of the wicked; their eyes are closed to the fear of God.	2 Un oráculo para el impío es el pecado en el fondo de su corazón; temor de Dios no existe delante de sus ojos.
3 For they live with the delusion: their guilt will not be known and hated.	3 Con ojo harto lisonjero se mira, para encontrar y detestar su culpa;
4 Empty and false are the words of their mouth; they have ceased to be wise and do good.	4 las palabras de su boca, iniquidad y engaño; renunció a ser sensato, a hacer el bien.
5 In their beds they hatch plots; they set out on a wicked way; they do not reject evil.	5 Sólo maquina iniquidad sobre su lecho; en un camino que no es bueno se obstina y no reprueba el mal.
6 LORD, your love reaches to heaven; your fidelity, to the clouds.	6 Oh Yahveh, en los cielos tu amor, hasta las nubes tu verdad;
7 Your justice is like the highest mountains; your judgments, like the mighty deep; all living creatures you sustain, LORD.	7 tu justicia, como los montes de Dios, tus juicios, como el hondo abismo. A hombres y bestias salvas tú, Yahveh,
8 How precious is your love, O God! We take refuge in the shadow of your wings.	8 oh Dios, ¡qué precioso tu amor! Por eso los hijos de Adán, a la sombra de tus alas se cobijan.
9 We feast on the rich food of your house; from your delightful stream you give us drink.	9 Se sacian de la grasa de tu Casa, en el torrente de tus delicias los abrevas;
10 For with you is the fountain of life, and in your light we see light.	10 en ti está la fuente de la vida, y en tu luz vemos la luz.
11 Continue your kindness toward your friends, your just defense of the honest heart.	11 Guarda tu amor a los que te conocen, y tu justicia a los de recto corazón.
12 Do not let the foot of the proud overtake me, nor the hand of the wicked disturb me.	12 ¡Que el pie del orgullo no me alcance, ni la mano de los impíos me avente!
13 There make the evildoers fall; thrust them down, never to rise.	13 Ved cómo caen los agentes de mal, abatidos, no pueden levantarse.
