1 A song of ascents. I raise my eyes toward the mountains. From where will my help come?	1 Canto de peregrinación. Levanto mis ojos a las montañas: ¿de dónde me vendrá la ayuda?
2 My help comes from the LORD, the maker of heaven and earth.	2 La ayuda me viene del Señor, que hizo el cielo y la tierra.
3 God will not allow your foot to slip; your guardian does not sleep.	3 El no dejará que resbale tu pie: ¡tu guardián no duerme!
4 Truly, the guardian of Israel never slumbers nor sleeps.	4 No, no duerme ni dormita el guardián de Israel.
5 The LORD is your guardian; the LORD is your shade at your righthand.	5 El Señor es tu guardián, es la sombra protectora a tu derecha:
6 By day the sun cannot harm you, nor the moon by night.	6 de día, no te dañará el sol, ni la luna de noche.
7 The LORD will guard you from all evil, will always guard your life.	7 El Señor te protegerá de todo mal y cuidará tu vida.
8 The LORD will guard your coming and going both now and forever.	8 El te protegerá en la partida y el regreso, ahora y para siempre.
