1 The following were the sons of David who were born to him in Hebron: the first-born, Amnon, by Ahinoam of Jezreel; the second, Daniel, by Abigail of Carmel;	1 These are the sons of David that were born to him in Hebron: the first-born Amnon, by Ahino-am the Jezreelitess; the second Daniel, by Abigail the Carmelitess,

15 The sons of Josiah were: the first-born Johanan; the second, Jehoiakim; the third, Zedekiah; the fourth, Shallum.	15 The sons of Josiah: Johanan the first-born, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.
16 The sons of Jehoiakim were: Jeconiah, his son; Zedekiah, his son.	16 The descendants of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son;
17 The sons of Jeconiah the captive were: Shealtiel,	17 and the sons of Jeconiah, the captive: Shealtiel his son,
18 Malchiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Shama, and Nedabiah.	18 Malchiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah;
19 The sons of Pedaiah were Zerubbabel and Shimei. The sons of Zerubbabel were Meshullam and Hananiah; Shelomith was their sister.	19 and the sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel and Shime-i; and the sons of Zerubbabel: Meshullam and Hananiah, and Shelomith was their sister;
20 The sons of Meshullam were Hashubah, Ohel, Berechiah, Hasadiah, Jushabhesed--five.	20 and Hashubah, Ohel, Berechiah, Hasadiah, and Jushab-hesed, five.
21 The sons of Hananiah were Pelatiah, Jeshaiah, Rephaiah, Arnan, Obadiah, and Shecaniah.	21 The sons of Hananiah: Pelatiah and Jeshaiah, his son Rephaiah, his son Arnan, his son Obadiah, his son Shecaniah.
22 The sons of Shecaniah were Shemiah, Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah, Shaphat--six.	22 The sons of Shecaniah: Shemaiah. And the sons of Shemaiah: Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah, and Shaphat, six.
23 The sons of Neariah were Elioenai, Hizkiah, and Azrikam--three.	23 The sons of Neariah: Eli-o-enai, Hizkiah, and Azrikam, three.
24 The sons of Elioenai were Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah, and Anani--seven.	24 The sons of Eli-o-enai: Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah, and Anani, seven.
