2 the third, Absalom, son of Maacah, who was the daughter of Talmai, king of Geshur; the fourth, Adonijah, son of Haggith;	2 tertium Absalom filium Maacha filiae Tholmai regis Gesur, quartum Adoniam filium Haggith,
3 the fifth, Shephatiah, by Abital; the sixth, Ithream, by his wife Eglah.	3 quintum Saphatiam ex Abital, sextum Iethraam de Egla uxore sua.
4 Six in all were born to him in Hebron, where he reigned seven years and six months. Then he reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem,	4 Sex ergo nati sunt ei in Hebron, ubi regnavit septem annis et sex mensibus. Triginta autem et tribus annis regnavit in Ierusalem.

6 Ibhar, Elishua, Eliphelet,	6 Iebahar quoque et Elisama et Eliphalet

8 Elishama, Eliada, and Eliphelet--nine.	8 necnon Elisama et Eliada et Eliphalet, novem.
9 All these were sons of David, in addition to other sons by concubines; and Tamar was their sister.	9 Omnes hi filii David absque filiis concubinarum; habueruntque sororem Thamar.
10 The son of Solomon was Rehoboam, whose son was Abijah, whose son was Asa, whose son was Jehoshaphat,	10 Filius autem Salomonis Roboam, cuius Abia filius genuit Asa; de hoc quoque natus est Iosaphat
11 whose son was Joram, whose son was Ahaziah, whose son was Joash,	11 pater Ioram; qui Ioram genuit Ochoziam, ex quo ortus est Ioas.
12 whose son was Amaziah, whose son was Azariah, whose son was Jotham,	12 Et huius Amasias filius genuit Azariam, porro Azariae filius Ioatham
13 whose son was Ahaz, whose son was Hezekiah, whose son was Manasseh,	13 procreavit Achaz patrem Ezechiae, de quo natus est Manasses.

15 The sons of Josiah were: the first-born Johanan; the second, Jehoiakim; the third, Zedekiah; the fourth, Shallum.	15 filii autem Iosiae fuerunt: primogenitus Iohanan, secundus Ioachim, tertius Sedecias, quartus Sellum.
16 The sons of Jehoiakim were: Jeconiah, his son; Zedekiah, his son.	16 Filii Ioachim: Iechonias filius eius, Sedecias filius eius.
17 The sons of Jeconiah the captive were: Shealtiel,	17 Filii Iechoniae captivi fuerunt: Salathiel filius eius,
18 Malchiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Shama, and Nedabiah.	18 Melchiram, Phadaia, Senasser et Iecemias, Hosama et Nadabias.
19 The sons of Pedaiah were Zerubbabel and Shimei. The sons of Zerubbabel were Meshullam and Hananiah; Shelomith was their sister.	19 De Phadaia orti sunt Zorobabel et Semei. Zorobabel genuit Mosollam, Hananiam et Salomith sororem eorum
20 The sons of Meshullam were Hashubah, Ohel, Berechiah, Hasadiah, Jushabhesed--five.	20 Hasabamque et Ohol et Barachiam et Hasadiam, Iosabhesed, quinque.
21 The sons of Hananiah were Pelatiah, Jeshaiah, Rephaiah, Arnan, Obadiah, and Shecaniah.	21 Filii autem Hananiae: Pheltias, Iesaias, Raphaia, Arnan, Abdia et Sechenias.
22 The sons of Shecaniah were Shemiah, Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah, Shaphat--six.	22 Filii Secheniae: Semeia et Hattus et Igal et Baria et Naaria et Saphat, sex numero.
23 The sons of Neariah were Elioenai, Hizkiah, and Azrikam--three.	23 Filii Naariae: Elioenai et Ezechias et Ezricam, tres.
24 The sons of Elioenai were Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah, and Anani--seven.	24 Filii Elioenai: Odovia et Eliasib et Pheleia et Accub et Iohanan et Dalaia et Anani, septem.
