Psalms 99

1 The LORD reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.	1 O Senhor reina, tremem os povos; seu trono está sobre os querubins: vacila a terra.
2 The LORD is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people.	2 Grande é o Senhor em Sião, elevado acima de todos os povos.
3 Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.	3 Seja celebrado vosso grande e temível nome, porque ele é Santo.
4 The king's strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.	4 Reina o Rei poderoso que ama a justiça; sois vós que estabeleceis o que é reto, sois vos que exerceis em Jacó o direito e a justiça.
5 Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.	5 Exaltai ao Senhor, nosso Deus, e prostrai-vos ante o escabelo de seus pés, porque ele é Santo.
6 Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the LORD, and he answered them.	6 Entre seus sacerdotes estavam Moisés e Aarão, e Samuel um dos que invocaram o seu nome: clamavam ao Senhor, que os atendia.
7 He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.	7 Falava-lhes na coluna de nuvem, eles guardavam os seus preceitos e a lei que lhes havia dado.
8 Thou answeredst them, O LORD our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.	8 Senhor, nosso Deus, vós os ouvistes, fostes para eles um Deus propício, ainda quando puníeis as suas injustiças.
9 Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy.	9 Exaltai ao Senhor, nosso Deus, e prostrai-vos ante sua montanha santa, porque santo é o Senhor, nosso Deus.
