1 The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.	1 Il Signore regna! E' ammantato di maestà, il Signore è cinto di forza. Ha reso saldo il mondo, non vacillerà.
2 Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.	2 Saldo è il suo trono da sempre: dall'eternità tu sei, o Dio.
3 The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.	3 Elevarono i fiumi, o Signore, elevarono i fiumi la loro voce, elevarono i fiumi il loro fragore.
4 The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.	4 Più che lo scroscio di acque imponenti, possente più che i flutti del mare, possente è nell'alto il Signore.
5 Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever.	5 I tuoi statuti sono oltremodo fedeli, la santità s'addice alla tua casa, per la durata dei giorni, o Signore.
