1 The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.	1 IL Signore regna; egli è vestito di maestà; Il Signore è vestito e cinto di forza; Il mondo eziandio è stabilito, e non sarà giammai smosso.
2 Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.	2 Il tuo trono è fermo da tutta eternità; Tu sei ab eterno.
3 The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.	3 I fiumi hanno alzato, o Signore, I fiumi hanno alzato il lor suono; I fiumi hanno alzate le loro onde;
4 The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.	4 Ma il Signore, che è disopra, È più potente che il suono delle grandi acque, Che le possenti onde del mare.
5 Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever.	5 Le tue testimonianze son sommamente veraci, o Signore; La santità è bella nella tua Casa in perpetuo
