1 Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints.	1 Alleluia.Cantate al Signore un canto nuovo;la sua lode nell’assemblea dei fedeli.
2 Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.	2 Gioisca Israele nel suo creatore,esultino nel loro re i figli di Sion.
3 Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.	3 Lodino il suo nome con danze,con tamburelli e cetre gli cantino inni.
4 For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.	4 Il Signore ama il suo popolo,incorona i poveri di vittoria.
5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.	5 Esultino i fedeli nella gloria,facciano festa sui loro giacigli.
6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand;	6 Le lodi di Dio sulla loro boccae la spada a due tagli nelle loro mani,
7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;	7 per compiere la vendetta fra le nazionie punire i popoli,
8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;	8 per stringere in catene i loro sovrani,i loro nobili in ceppi di ferro,
9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD.	9 per eseguire su di loro la sentenza già scritta.Questo è un onore per tutti i suoi fedeli.Alleluia.
