28 And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the porters, the singers, the Nethinims, and all they that had separated themselves from the people of the lands unto the law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, every one having knowledge, and having understanding;	28 Malluk, Harim, Baana...
29 They clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God's law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and his judgments and his statutes;	29 et le reste du peuple, les prêtres, les lévites, les portiers, les chantres, les "donnés", bref, tousceux qui se sont séparés des peuples des pays pour adhérer à la Loi de Dieu, et aussi leurs femmes, leurs fils etfilles, tous ceux qui ont l'âge de raison,
30 And that we would not give our daughters unto the people of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons:	30 se joignent à leurs frères et chefs et s'engagent, par imprécation et serment, à marcher selon laLoi de Dieu, donnée par le ministère de Moïse, le serviteur de Dieu, à garder et observer tous lescommandements de Yahvé notre Dieu, ses coutumes et ses lois.
31 And if the people of the land bring ware or any victuals on the sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy it of them on the sabbath, or on the holy day: and that we would leave the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt.	31 En particulier: nous ne donnerons plus nos filles aux peuples du pays et ne prendrons plus leursfilles pour nos fils.
32 Also we made ordinances for us, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God;	32 Si les peuples du pays apportent pour les vendre, le jour du sabbat, des marchandises ou quelquedenrée que ce soit, nous ne leur achèterons rien un jour de sabbat ni un jour sacré. Nous ferons abandon desproduits du sol, la septième année, et de toute créance.
33 For the shewbread, and for the continual meat offering, and for the continual burnt offering, of the sabbaths, of the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy things, and for the sin offerings to make an atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God.	33 Nous nous sommes imposé comme obligations: de donner un tiers de sicle par an pour le cultedu Temple de notre Dieu:
34 And we cast the lots among the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood offering, to bring it into the house of our God, after the houses of our fathers, at times appointed year by year, to burn upon the altar of the LORD our God, as it is written in the law:	34 pour le pain d'oblation, pour l'oblation perpétuelle et l'holocauste perpétuel, pour les sacrificesdes sabbats, des néoménies, des solennités, et pour les mets sacrés, pour les sacrifices pour le péché qui assurentl'expiation en faveur d'Israël, bref pour tout le service du Temple de notre Dieu;
35 And to bring the firstfruits of our ground, and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year, unto the house of the LORD:	35 Nous avons aussi réglé par le sort, prêtres, lévites et peuple, la question des livraisons de boisqu'on doit faire au Temple de notre Dieu, chaque famille à son tour, à dates fixes, chaque année, pour le brûlersur l'autel de Yahvé notre Dieu, comme il est écrit dans la Loi.
36 Also the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our God, unto the priests that minister in the house of our God:	36 Et d'apporter chaque année au Temple de Yahvé les prémices de notre sol et les prémices detous les fruits de tous les arbres,
37 And that we should bring the firstfruits of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, of wine and of oil, unto the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God; and the tithes of our ground unto the Levites, that the same Levites might have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage.	37 ainsi que les premiers-nés de nos fils et de notre bétail, comme il est écrit dans la Loi - lespremiers-nés de notre gros et menu bétail, apportés au Temple de notre Dieu, étant destinés aux prêtres enfonction dans le Temple de notre Dieu.
38 And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house of our God, to the chambers, into the treasure house.	38 De plus, la meilleure part de nos moutures, des fruits de tout arbre, du vin nouveau et de l'huile,nous l'apporterons aux prêtres, dans les salles du Temple de notre Dieu; et la dîme de notre sol, aux lévites - cesont les lévites eux-mêmes qui lèveront la dîme dans toutes les villes de notre culte;
39 For the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the offering of the corn, of the new wine, and the oil, unto the chambers, where are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests that minister, and the porters, and the singers: and we will not forsake the house of our God.	39 un prêtre, fils d'Aaron, accompagnera les lévites quand ils lèveront la dîme; les lévitesachemineront la dîme de la dîme vers le Temple de notre Dieu, vers les salles du Trésor;
	40 car c'est dans ces salles que les Israélites et les lévites apportent les redevances de blé, de vin etd'huile; là se trouve aussi le matériel du sanctuaire, des prêtres en service, des portiers et des chantres. Nous nenégligerons plus le Temple de notre Dieu.
