1 Now these are the children of the province that went up out of the captivity, of those which had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away unto Babylon, and came again unto Jerusalem and Judah, every one unto his city;	1 Estes são os filhos da Província (da Judeia), que, tendo sido levados cativos para Babilônia por Nabucodonosor, rei de Babilônia, voltaram para Jerusalém e para a Judeia, cada um para a sua cidade.
2 Which came with Zerubbabel: Jeshua, Nehemiah, Seraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum, Baanah. 58 All the Nethinims, and the children of Solomon's servants, were three hundred ninety and two.	58 Todos os Nalineus e os filhos dos servos de Salomão eram trezentos e noventa e dois.
59 And these were they which went up from Tel-melah, Tel-harsa, Cherub, Addan, and Immer: but they could not shew their father's house, and their seed, whether they were of Israel:	59 Estes são os que partiram de Teimala, de Tel-Harsa, de Querub, de Adon, de Emer, e que não puderam indicar qual era a casa de seus pais e a sua linhagem, (para mostrar) que eram de Israel:
60 The children of Delaiah, the children of Tobiah, the children of Nekoda, six hundred fifty and two.	60 Os filhos de Dalaia, os filhos de Tobias, os filhos de Necoda, seiscentos e cinqüenta e dois.
61 And of the children of the priests: the children of Habaiah, the children of Koz, the children of Barzillai; which took a wife of the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and was called after their name:	61 Dos filhos dos sacerdotes: Os filhos de Hobia, os filhos de Acos, os filhos de Berzelai, que tomou por mulher uma das filhas de Berzelai de Galaad e que foi chamado do seu nome.
62 These sought their register among those that were reckoned by genealogy, but they were not found: therefore were they, as polluted, put from the priesthood.	62 Estes procuraram o livro da sua genealogia, mas não o encontraram ; por isso foram excluídos do sacerdócio.
63 And the Tirshatha said unto them, that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there stood up a priest with Urim and with Thummim.	63 O governador intimou-lhes que não comessem das coisas santíssimas, até que se levantasse um pontífice douto e perfeito (para consultar Deus).
64 The whole congregation together was forty and two thousand three hundred and threescore,	64 Toda esta multidão era como um só homem (e compreendia) quarenta e duas mil trezentas e sessenta pessoas,
65 Beside their servants and their maids, of whom there were seven thousand three hundred thirty and seven: and there were among them two hundred singing men and singing women.	65 sem contar os seus servos e as suas servas, que eram sete mil trezentos e trinta e sete; entre eles havia duzentos cantores e cantoras.
66 Their horses were seven hundred thirty and six; their mules, two hundred forty and five;	66 Tinham setecentos e trinta e seis cavalos, duzentos e quarenta e cinco machos,
67 Their camels, four hundred thirty and five; their asses, six thousand seven hundred and twenty.	67 quatrocentos e trinta e cinco camelos, seis mil setecentos e vinte jumentos.
68 And some of the chief of the fathers, when they came to the house of the LORD which is at Jerusalem, offered freely for the house of God to set it up in his place:	68 Muitos dos chefes das famílias, tendo entrado no templo do Senhor que está em Jerusalém, fizeram oferendas espontâneas à casa de Deus, para se reedificar no seu lugar.
69 They gave after their ability unto the treasure of the work threescore and one thousand drams of gold, and five thousand pound of silver, and one hundred priests' garments.	69 Deram, conforme as suas posses, para a despesa da obra, sessenta e um mil dáricos de ouro, cinco mil minas de prata e cem vestimentas sacerdotais.
70 So the priests, and the Levites, and some of the people, and the singers, and the porters, and the Nethinims, dwelt in their cities, and all Israel in their cities.	70 Os sacerdotes, os Levitas, os do povo, os cantores, os porteiros e os Natineus estabeleceram-se nas suas cidades. Todo o Israel (habitou) nas suas cidades.
