Psalms 95

1 Come let us praise the Lord with joy: let us joyfully sing to God our saviour.	1 Ходіте, заспіваймо Господеві, воскликнім Скелі нашого спасіння.
2 Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving; and make a joyful noise to him with psalms.	2 Ходімо перед нього з хвалою і піснями йому воскликнім.
3 For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods.	3 Бо Господь — Бог великий і цар великий над усіма богами.
4 For in his hand are all the ends of the earth: and the heights of the mountains are his.	4 В його руці — землі глибінь, і верхи гір йому належать.
5 For the sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land.	5 Море — його, бо то він витворив його. І сушу його руки створили.
6 Come let us adore and fall down: and weep before the Lord that made us.	6 Ходіте, поклонімся і ниць припадім; припадімо на коліна перед Господом, творцем нашим!
7 For he is the Lord our God: and we are the people of his pasture and the sheep of his hand.	7 Бо він наш Бог, і ми народ його пасовиська, і його руки отара. Якби ж то ви послухали вже голос його сьогодні!
8 To day if you shall hear his voice, harden not your hearts:	8 «Не будьте тверді серцем, як у Меріві, як у день Масси в пустині,
9 As in the provocation, according to the day of temptation in the wilderness: where your fathers tempted me, they proved me, and saw my works.	9 де спокушали мене батьки ваші, випробовували мене, хоча й бачили моє діло.
10 Forty years long was I offended with that generation, and I said: These always err in heart.	10 Сорок років осоружний був мені той рід, і я мовив: То народ, що блукає серцем; вони моїх доріг не знають.
11 And these men have not known my ways: so I swore in my wrath that they shall not enter into my rest.	11 Тому й поклявсь я в моїм гніві: Вони не ввійдуть у мій спочинок!»
