1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:	1 O Senhor falou a Moisés, dizendo;
2 Behold, I have called by name Beseleel the son of Uri the son of Hur of the tribe of Juda,	2 Sabe que chamei pelo (seu) nome a Beseleel, filho de Uri, filho de Hur da tribo da Judá.
3 And I have filled him with the spirit of God, with wisdom and understanding, and knowledge in all manner of work.	3 e o enchi do espirito de Deus, de sabedoria, de inteligência e de ciência, para toda a qualidade de obras,
4 To devise whatsoever may be artificially made of gold, and silver, and brass,	4 para inventar tudo o que se pode fazer com o ouro, com a prata, com o cobre,
5 Of marble, and precious stones, and variety of wood.	5 com o mármore, com as pedras preciosas e com as diversas madeiras.
6 And I have given him for his companion Ooliab the son of Achisamech of the tribe of Dan. And I have put wisdom in the heart of every skilful man, that they may make all things which I have commanded thee,	6 Dei-lhe por companheiro Ooliab, filho de Aquisamech da tribo de Dan. Pus a sabedoria no coração de todos os homens hábeis, para que façam tudo o que ordenei;
7 The tabernacle of the covenant, and the ark of the testimony, and the propitiatory that is over it, and all the vessels of the tabernacle,	7 o tabernáculo da aliança, a arca do testemunho, o propiciatório, que está por cima dela, todas as alfaias do tabernáculo,
8 And the table and the vessels thereof, the most pure candlestick with the vessels thereof, and the altars of incense,	8 a mesa com os seus vasos, o candeeiro puríssimo com os seus utensílios, o altar dos perfumes,
9 And of holocaust, and all their vessels, the laver with its foot,	9 o dos holocaustos e todos os seus utensílios, a bacia com sua base,
10 The holy vestments in the ministry for Aaron the priest, and for his sons, that they may execute their office about the sacred things:	10 e as vestes sagradas para uso do sacerdote Aarão e de seus filhos, quando se empregarem nas funções sagradas,
11 The oil of unction, and the incense of spices in the sanctuary, all things which I have commanded thee, shall they make.	11 o óleo da unção, e o perfume aromático para o santuário. Eles farão tudo o que te mandei.
12 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:	12 Falou mais o Senhor a Moisés, dizendo:
13 Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them: See that thou keep my sabbath: because it is a sign between me and you in your generations: that you may know that I am the Lord, who sanctify you.	13 Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: Não deixeis de guardar o meu sábado, porque é o sinal (estabelecido) entre mim e vós, para todas as vossas gerações, para que saibais que eu sou o Senhor, que vos santifico.
14 Keep you my sabbath: for it is holy unto you: he that shall profane it, shall be put to death: he that shall do my work in it, his soul shall perish out of the midst of his people.	14 Guardai o meu sábado, porque é (um dia) santo para vós; aquele que o violar será punido de morte: o que trabalhar neste dia, será eliminado do seio do seu povo.
15 Six days shall you do work: in the seventh day is the sabbath, the rest holy to the Lord. Every one that shall do any work on this day, shall die.	15 Vós trabalhareis seis dias, (mas) o sétimo é dia de completo descanso, consagrado ao Senhor; todo o que trabalhar neste dia, será punido de morte.
16 Let the children of Israel keep the sabbath, and celebrate it in their generations. It is an everlasting covenant	16 Os filhos de Israel guardem o sábado, e celebrem-no, eles e os seus descendentes, como uma aliança perpétua.
17 Between me and the children of Israel, and a perpetual sign. For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and in the seventh he ceased from work.	17 Será, entre mim e os filhos de Israel, um sinal perpétuo, porque em seis dias o Senhor fez o céu e a terra, e no sétimo cessou da obra.
18 And the Lord, when he had ended these words in mount Sinai, gave to Moses two stone tables of testimony, written with the finger of God.	18 Terminadas estas práticas sobre o monte Sinai, o Senhor deu a Moisés duas tábuas de pedra do testemunho, escritas pelo dedo de Deus.
