1 Al maestro del coro. Di Davide.Lo stolto pensa: «Dio non c’è».Sono corrotti, fanno cose abominevoli:non c’è chi agisca bene.	1 A Psalm of David. O Lord, who will dwell in your tabernacle? Or who will rest on your holy mountain?
2 Il Signore dal cielo si china sui figli dell’uomoper vedere se c’è un uomo saggio,uno che cerchi Dio.	2 He who walks without blemish and who works justice.
3 Sono tutti traviati, tutti corrotti;non c’è chi agisca bene, neppure uno.	3 He who speaks the truth in his heart, who has not acted deceitfully with his tongue, and has not done evil to his neighbor, and has not taken up a reproach against his neighbors.
4 Non impareranno dunque tutti i malfattori,che divorano il mio popolo come il panee non invocano il Signore?	4 In his sight, the malicious one has been reduced to nothing, but he glorifies those who fear the Lord. He who swears to his neighbor and does not deceive.
5 Ecco, hanno tremato di spavento,perché Dio è con la stirpe del giusto.	5 He who has not given his money in usury, nor accepted bribes against the innocent. He who does these things will be undisturbed for eternity.
6 Voi volete umiliare le speranze del povero,ma il Signore è il suo rifugio.
7 Chi manderà da Sion la salvezza d’Israele?Quando il Signore ristabilirà la sorte del suo popolo,esulterà Giacobbe e gioirà Israele.
