1 E IL Signore parlò a Mosè, dicendo:	1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
2 Nel primo giorno del primo mese rizza la Tenda del Tabernacolo della convenenza.	2 “In the first month, on the first day of the month, you shall raise the tabernacle of the testimony,
3 E mettivi dentro l’Arca della Testimonianza, e tendi la Cortina davanti all’Arca.	3 and you shall place the ark in it, and you shall release the veil before it.
4 Poi portavi dentro la Tavola, e ordina ciò che deve essere ordinato in quella; portavi parimente il Candelliere, e accendi le sue lampane.	4 And having brought in the table, you shall place the things which were solemnly commanded upon it. The lampstand shall stand with its lamps,
5 E metti l’Altare d’oro per li profumi davanti all’Arca della Testimonianza; metti eziandio il Tappeto all’entrata del Tabernacolo.	5 and the altar of gold, in which the incense is burned, shall stand before the ark of the testimony. You shall place the tent at the entrance of the tabernacle,
6 E metti l’Altare degli olocausti davanti all’entrata della Tenda del Tabernacolo della convenenza.	6 and before it, the altar of holocaust.
7 E metti la Conca fra il Tabernacolo della convenenza, e l’Altare; e mettivi dentro dell’acqua.	7 The washtub shall stand between the altar and the tabernacle, and you shall fill it with water.
8 Disponi ancora il Cortile d’intorno, e metti il Tappeto all’entrata del Cortile.	8 And you shall encompass the atrium and its entrance with hangings.
9 Poi piglia l’olio dell’Unzione, e ungine il Tabernacolo, e tutto quello chi vi sarà dentro; e consacralo, con tutti i suoi arredi; e sarà cosa santa.	9 And, having taken up the oil of unction, you shall anoint the tabernacle along with its articles, so that they may be sanctified.
10 Ungi parimente l’Altar degli olocausti, e tutti i suoi strumenti, e consacra l’Altare; e sarà cosa santissima.	10 The altar of holocaust and all its vessels,
11 Ungi ancora la Conca, e il suo piè, e consacrala.	11 the washtub with its base, and all things, you shall consecrate with the oil of unction, so that they may be the Holy of holies.
12 Poi fa’ accostare Aaronne e i suoi figliuoli, all’entrata del Tabernacolo della convenenza; e lavali con acqua.	12 And you shall bring forward Aaron and his sons to the entrance of the tabernacle of the testimony, and, having washed them with water,
13 E fai vestire ad Aaronne i vestimenti sacri, e ungilo, e consacralo; e così amministrimi egli il sacerdozio.	13 you shall clothe them in the holy vestments, so that they may minister to me, and so that their unction may accomplish an everlasting priesthood.”
14 Fa’ eziandio accostare i suoi figliuoli, e fa’ lor vestir le toniche.	14 And Moses did all that the Lord had instructed.
15 E ungili, come tu avrai unto il padre loro; e così amministrimi il sacerdozio; e la loro Unzione sarà loro per sacerdozio perpetuo, per le lor generazioni	15 Therefore, in the first month of the second year, on the first day of the month, the tabernacle was put in place.
16 E Mosè fece interamente come il Signore gli avea comandato.	16 And Moses raised it up, and he positioned the panels as well as the bases and the bars, and he set up the columns,
17 E nell’anno secondo, nel primo giorno del primo mese, fu rizzato il Tabernacolo.	17 and he stretched out the roof over the tabernacle, imposing a cover above it, just as the Lord had decreed.
18 Mosè adunque rizzò il Tabernacolo; e, posati i suoi piedistalli, dispose le sue assi, e vi mise le sbarre, e rizzò le sue colonne.	18 And he placed the testimony in the ark, applying the bars beneath, and the oracle above.
19 E stese la Tenda sopra il Tabernacolo, e pose la coverta della Tenda sopra essa al disopra; come il Signore gli avea comandato.	19 And when he had brought the ark into the tabernacle, he drew the veil before it, in order to fulfill the commandment of the Lord.
20 Poi prese la Testimonianza, e la pose dentro all’Arca; e mise le stanghe all’Arca; e posò il Coperchio in su l’Arca, disopra.	20 And he placed the table in the tabernacle of the testimony, at the north side, beyond the veil,
21 E portò l’Arca dentro al Tabernacolo, e mise la Cortina che s’avea da tender davanti, e la tese davanti all’Arca della Testimonianza; come il Signore gli avea comandato.	21 arranging before it the bread of the presence, just as the Lord had instructed Moses.
22 Poi mise la Tavola nel Tabernacolo della convenenza, dal lato settentrionale del Tabernacolo, difuori della Cortina;	22 And he placed the lampstand in the tabernacle of the testimony, away from the table, on the south side,
23 e mise per ordine sopra essa i pani che si aveano da tenere in ordine davanti al Signore; come il Signore gli avea comandato.	23 setting the lamps in order, according to the precept of the Lord.
24 Poi mise il Candelliere nel Tabernacolo della convenenza, dirimpetto alla Tavola, dal lato australe del Tabernacolo;	24 He also positioned the altar of gold under the roof of the testimony, opposite the veil,
25 e accese le lampane davanti al Signore; come il Signore gli avea comandato.	25 and he heaped upon it the incense of aromatics, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.
26 Poi mise l’Altar d’oro nel Tabernacolo della convenenza, davanti alla Cortina;	26 And he positioned the tent at the entrance of the tabernacle of the testimony,
27 e bruciò sopra esso il profumo degli aromati; come il Signore gli avea comandato.	27 and the altar of holocaust in the vestibule of the testimony, offering the holocaust and the sacrifices upon it, just as the Lord had decreed.
28 Poi mise il Tappeto all’entrata del Tabernacolo.	28 Likewise, he stationed the washtub between the tabernacle of the testimony and the altar, filling it with water.
29 E pose l’Altar degli olocausti all’entrata della Tenda del Tabernacolo della convenenza; e offerse sopra esso l’olocausto, e l’offerta; come il Signore gli avea comandato.	29 And Moses and Aaron, along with his sons, washed their hands and feet,
30 E pose la Conca fra il Tabernacolo della convenenza, e l’Altare; e vi mise dentro dell’acqua, da lavare.	30 whenever they would enter the covering of the covenant, and when they approached to the altar, just as the Lord had instructed Moses.
31 E Mosè, ed Aaronne, e i suoi figliuoli, se ne lavarono le mani ed i piedi.	31 And he raised up the atrium around the tabernacle and the altar, drawing the hanging at its entrance. After all these things were perfected,
32 Quando entravano nel Tabernacolo della convenenza, e quando si accostavano all’Altare, si lavavano; come il Signore avea comandato a Mosè.	32 the cloud covered the tabernacle of the testimony, and the glory of the Lord filled it.
33 Poi rizzò il Cortile d’intorno al Tabernacolo, e all’Altare; e mise il Tappeto all’entrata del Cortile. Così Mosè fornì l’opera	33 Neither could Moses enter the covering of the covenant: the cloud was covering all things, and the majesty of the Lord was flashing. For the cloud had covered everything.
34 E la nuvola coperse il Tabernacolo della convenenza, e la gloria del Signore empiè il Tabernacolo.	34 Whenever the cloud departed from the tabernacle, the sons of Israel set out by their companies.
35 E Mosè non potè entrare nel Tabernacolo della convenenza; conciossiachè la nuvola si fosse posata sopra esso, e la gloria del Signore empiesse il Tabernacolo.	35 But if it remained hanging over it, they remained in the same place.
36 Or, quando la nuvola s’alzava d’in sul Tabernacolo, i figliuoli d’Israele si partivano; ciò avvenne in tutte le lor mosse.	36 Certainly, the cloud of the Lord lay over the tabernacle by day, and the fire by night, being seen by all the people of Israel throughout all their resting places.
37 E, quando la nuvola non si alzava, non si partivano, fino al giorno ch’ella s’alzava.
38 Perciocchè la nuvola del Signore era di giorno sopra il Tabernacolo, e un fuoco v’era di notte, alla vista di tutta la casa d’Israele, in tutti i lor viaggi
