| 7 Esta é a bênção de Judá: Ouve, ó Senhor, a voz de Judá, e introdu-lo no seu povo: as suas mãos combaterão por ele (Israel), tu serás o seu protector contra os seus adversários. | 7 This is the blessing of Judah. “Hear, O Lord, the voice of Judah, and lead him to his people. | 11 Abençoa, ó Senhor a fortaleza de Levi, e aceita as obras das suas mãos. Fere as costas dos seus inimigos, e não se levantem os que o aborrecem. | 11 O Lord, bless his strength, and receive the works of his hands. Strike the backs of his enemies, and do not let those who hate him rise up.” |
| 12 De Benjamim disse: O muito amado do Senhor habita com ele confiadamente, o Senhor o protege sempre, e, ele repousa entre os seus braços. | 12 And to Benjamin he said: “The most beloved of the Lord will live confidently in him. He shall remain all day long, as if in a bridal chamber, and he shall rest amid her arms.” |

| 14 com os frutos produzidos por virtude do sol e da lua. | 14 from the fruits of the crops under the sun and the moon, |
| 15 (com frutos que provêm) do cimo dos montes antigos, e com os frutos das colinas eternas. | 15 from the heights of the ancient mountains, from the fruits of the everlasting hills, |
| 16 e com os frutos da terra, de toda a sua abundância. A bênção daquele que apareceu na sarça, (desça) sobre a cabeça de José, e sobre o alto da cabeça daquele que é príncipe dos seus irmãos. | 16 and from the fruits of the earth with all its plenitude. | 19 Eles chamarão os povos de justiça, porque sugarão as riquezas do mar e os tesouros escondidos nas areias. | 19 They shall summon the peoples to the mountain. There, they shall immolate the victims of justice, who feed on the flood of the sea, as if on milk, and on the hidden treasures of the sands.” |
| 20 Gad disse: Bendito Gad na vastidão (da sua partilha)! Ele repousou como um leão, e despedaçou o braço e a cabeça (da presa). | 20 And to Gad he said: “Blessed is Gad in his breadth. He has rested like a lion, and he has seized the arm and the top of the head. |
| 21 Ele escolheu as primícias do seu país, porque na sua parte devia repousar um chefe; ele andou á frente do seu povo, e cumpriu as justiças do Senhor, e o seu juízo com Israel. | 21 And he has seen his own pre-eminence, which his teacher has stored up as his portion. He was with the princes of the people, and he accomplished the justices of the Lord, and his judgment with Israel.” |
| 22 Disse a Dan: Dan, cachorro de leão, que salta de Basan. | 22 Likewise, to Dan he said: “Dan is a young lion. He shall flow plentifully from Bashan.” |
| 23 A Neftali disse: Neftali gozará da abundância, e será cheio das bênçãos do Senhor: possuirá o mar e o meio-dia. | 23 And to Naphtali he said: “Naphtali shall enjoy abundance, and he shall be full of the blessings of the Lord. He shall possess the sea and the Meridian.” |
| 24 Disse a Aser; Bendito seja Aser entre os filhos (de Jacob), seja querido a seus irmãos, e banhe com azeite o seu pé, | 24 Likewise, to Asher he said: “Let Asher be blessed with sons. Let him be pleasing to his brothers, and let him dip his foot in oil. |
| 25 O ferro e o bronze será seu calçado! Dure a tua prosperidade tanto como tua vida. | 25 His shoe shall be of iron and of brass. As were the days of your youth, so also shall be your old age. |

| 28 Israel habitará com segurança e só. A vista de Jacob (pousará) sobre um terra fecunda em pão e vinho, e os céus se escurecerão com o orvalho. | 28 Israel shall live in confidence and alone, as the eye of Jacob in a land of grain and of wine; and the heavens shall be misty with dew. |
| 29 Bem-aventurado sejas tu, ó Israel. Quem é semelhante a ti, ó povo, que tens a tua salvação no Senhor? Ele é o escudo do teu socorro, a espada da tua glória; os teus inimigos mentirão diante de ti, mas tu avançarás sobre as suas alturas. | 29 Blessed are you, O Israel. Who is like you, the people who are saved by the Lord? He is the shield of your assistance and the sword of your glory. Your enemies will refuse to acknowledge you, and so you shall tread upon their necks.” |
