1 Alleluia. Of Haggai and Zachariah.	1 Himno de David. |(Álef) Te ensalzaré, Dios mío, mi rey; | bendeciré tu nombre por siempre jamás.
2 Praise the Lord, O my soul. I will praise the Lord with my life. I will sing psalms to my God as long as I shall be. Do not trust in the leaders,	2 (Bet) Día tras día, te bendeciré | y alabaré tu nombre por siempre jamás.
3 in the sons of men, in whom there is no salvation.	3 (Guímel) Grande es el Señor, merece toda alabanza, | es incalculable su grandeza;
4 His spirit will depart, and he will return to his earth. In that day, all their thoughts will perish.	4 (Dálet) una generación pondera tus obras a la otra, | y le cuenta tus hazañas.
5 Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob: his hope is in the Lord God himself,	5 (He) Alaban ellos la gloria de tu majestad, | y yo repito tus maravillas;
6 who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all the things that are in them.	6 (Vau) encarecen ellos tus temibles proezas, | y yo narro tus grandes acciones;
7 He preserves the truth forever. He executes judgment for those who suffer injury. He provides food for the hungry. The Lord releases those who are bound.	7 (Zain) difunden la memoria de tu inmensa bondad, | y aclaman tu justicia.
8 The Lord enlightens the blind. The Lord sets upright those who have been thrown down. The Lord loves the just.	8 (Jet) El Señor es clemente y misericordioso, | lento a la cólera y rico en piedad;
9 The Lord watches over new arrivals. He will support the orphan and the widow. And he will destroy the ways of sinners.	9 (Tet) el Señor es bueno con todos, | es cariñoso con todas sus criaturas.
10 The Lord shall reign forever: your God, O Zion, from generation to generation.	10 (Yod) Que todas tus criaturas te den gracias, Señor, | que te bendigan tus fieles.
	11 (Kaf) Que proclamen la gloria de tu reinado, | que hablen de tus hazañas;
	12 (Lámed) explicando tus hazañas a los hombres, | la gloria y majestad de tu reinado.
	13 (Mem) Tu reinado es un reinado perpetuo, | tu gobierno va de edad en edad. (Nun) El Señor es fiel a sus palabras, | bondadoso en todas sus acciones.
	14 (Sámek) El Señor sostiene a los que van a caer, | endereza a los que ya se doblan.
	15 (Ayin) Los ojos de todos te están aguardando, | tú les das la comida a su tiempo;
	16 (Pe) abres tú la mano, | y sacias de favores a todo viviente.
	17 (Sade) El Señor es justo en todos sus caminos, | es bondadoso en todas sus acciones.
	18 (Qof) Cerca está el Señor de los que lo invocan, | de los que lo invocan sinceramente.
	19 (Res) Satisface los deseos de los que lo temen, | escucha sus gritos, y los salva.
	20 (Sin) El Señor guarda a los que lo aman, | pero destruye a los malvados.
	21 (Tau) Pronuncie mi boca la alabanza del Señor, | todo viviente bendiga su santo nombre | por siempre jamás.
