1 LORD, avenging God, avenging God, shine forth!	1 אל נקמות יהוה אל נקמות הופיע
2 Rise up, judge of the earth; give the proud what they deserve.	2 הנשא שפט הארץ השב גמול על גאים
3 How long, LORD, shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked glory?	3 עד מתי רשעים יהוה עד מתי רשעים יעלזו
4 How long will they mouth haughty speeches, go on boasting, all these evildoers?	4 יביעו ידברו עתק יתאמרו כל פעלי און
5 They crush your people, LORD, torment your very own.	5 עמך יהוה ידכאו ונחלתך יענו
6 They kill the widow and alien; the fatherless they murder.	6 אלמנה וגר יהרגו ויתומים ירצחו
7 They say, "The LORD does not see; the God of Jacob takes no notice."	7 ויאמרו לא יראה יה ולא יבין אלהי יעקב
8 Understand, you stupid people! You fools, when will you be wise?	8 בינו בערים בעם וכסילים מתי תשכילו
9 Does the one who shaped the ear not hear? The one who formed the eye not see?	9 הנטע אזן הלא ישמע אם יצר עין הלא יביט
10 Does the one who guides nations not rebuke? The one who teaches humans not have knowledge?	10 היסר גוים הלא יוכיח המלמד אדם דעת
11 The LORD does know human plans; they are only puffs of air.	11 יהוה ידע מחשבות אדם כי המה הבל
12 Happy those whom you guide, LORD, whom you teach by your instruction.	12 אשרי הגבר אשר תיסרנו יה ומתורתך תלמדנו
13 You give them rest from evil days, while a pit is being dug for the wicked.	13 להשקיט לו מימי רע עד יכרה לרשע שחת
14 You, LORD, will not forsake your people, nor abandon your very own.	14 כי לא יטש יהוה עמו ונחלתו לא יעזב
15 Judgment shall again be just, and all the upright of heart will follow it.	15 כי עד צדק ישוב משפט ואחריו כל ישרי לב
16 Who will rise up for me against the wicked? Who will stand up for me against evildoers?	16 מי יקום לי עם מרעים מי יתיצב לי עם פעלי און
17 If the LORD were not my help, I would long have been silent in the grave.	17 לולי יהוה עזרתה לי כמעט שכנה דומה נפשי
18 When I say, "My foot is slipping," your love, LORD, holds me up.	18 אם אמרתי מטה רגלי חסדך יהוה יסעדני
19 When cares increase within me, your comfort gives me joy.	19 ברב שרעפי בקרבי תנחומיך ישעשעו נפשי
20 Can unjust judges be your allies, those who create burdens in the name of law,	20 היחברך כסא הוות יצר עמל עלי חק
21 Those who conspire against the just and condemn the innocent to death?	21 יגודו על נפש צדיק ודם נקי ירשיעו
22 No, the LORD is my secure height, my God, the rock where I find refuge,	22 ויהי יהוה לי למשגב ואלהי לצור מחסי
23 Who will turn back their evil upon them and destroy them for their wickedness. Surely the LORD our God will destroy them!	23 וישב עליהם את אונם וברעתם יצמיתם יצמיתם יהוה אלהינו
