EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Himno de David. [Alef] Te alabaré, Dios mío, a ti, el único Rey, y bendeciré tu Nombre eternamente;	1 [Hymn of Praise Of David] I shal praise you to the heights, God my King, I shal bless your name forever and ever.
2 [Bet] Día tras día te bendeciré, y alabaré tu Nombre sin cesar.	2 Day after day I shal bless you, I shal praise your name for ever and ever.
3 [Guímel] ¡Grande es el Señor y muy digno de alabanza: su grandeza es insondable!	3 Great is Yahweh and worthy of al praise, his greatness beyond al reckoning.
4 [Dálet] Cada generación celebra tus acciones y le anuncia a las otras tus portentos:	4 Each age will praise your deeds to the next, proclaiming your mighty works.
5 [He] Ellas publican sus tremendos prodigios y narran tus grandes proezas;	5 Your renown is the splendour of your glory, I wil ponder the story of your wonders.
6 [Vau]: Ellas publican tus tremendos prodigios y narran tus grandes proezas.	6 They will speak of your awesome power, and I shal recount your greatness.
7 [Zain] divulgan el recuerdo de tu inmensa bondad y cantan alegres por tu victoria.	7 They will bring out the memory of your great generosity, and joyfully acclaim your saving justice.
8 [Jet] El Señor es bondadoso y compasivo, lento para enojarse y de gran misericordia;	8 Yahweh is tenderness and pity, slow to anger, ful of faithful love.
9 [Tet] el Señor es bueno con todos y tiene compasión de todas sus criaturas.	9 Yahweh is generous to al , his tenderness embraces all his creatures.
10 [Iod] Que todas tus obras te den gracias, Señor, y tus fieles te bendigan;	10 Al your creatures shall thank you, Yahweh, and your faithful shall bless you.
11 [Caf] que anuncien la gloria de tu reino y proclamen tu poder.	11 They shal speak of the glory of your kingship and tell of your might,
12 [Lámed] Así manifestarán a los hombres tu fuerza y el glorioso esplendor de tu reino:	12 making known your mighty deeds to the children of Adam, the glory and majesty of your kingship.
13 [Mem] Tu reino es un reino eterno, y tu dominio permanece para siempre. [Nun] El Señor es fiel en todas sus palabras y bondadoso en todas sus acciones.	13 Your kingship is a kingship for ever, your reign lasts from age to age. Yahweh is trustworthy in allhis words, and upright in al his deeds.
14 [Sámec] El Señor sostiene a los que caen y endereza a los que están encorvados.	14 Yahweh supports al who stumble, lifts up those who are bowed down.
15 [Ain] Los ojos de todos esperan en ti, y tú les das la comida a su tiempo;	15 Al look to you in hope and you feed them with the food of the season.
16 [Pe] abres tu mano y colmas de favores a todos los vivientes.	16 And, with generous hand, you satisfy the desires of every living creature.
17 [Sade] El Señor es justo en todos sus caminos y bondadoso en todas sus acciones.	17 Upright in al that he does, Yahweh acts only in faithful love.
18 [Qof] El Señor está cerca de aquellos que lo invocan, de aquellos que lo invocan de verdad;	18 He is close to al who cal upon him, all who call on him from the heart.
19 [Res] cumple los deseos de sus fieles, escucha su clamor y los salva;	19 He fulfils the desires of al who fear him, he hears their cry and he saves them.
20 [Sin] el Señor protege a todos sus amigos y destruye a los malvados.	20 Yahweh guards all who love him, but al the wicked he destroys.
21 [Tau] Mi boca proclamará la alabanza del Señor: que todos los vivientes bendigan su santo Nombre, desde ahora y para siempre.	21 My mouth shall always praise Yahweh, let every creature bless his holy name for ever and ever.
