LA SACRA BIBBIA	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Al maestro di coro. Di Davide, servo del Signore.	1 [For the choirmaster Of the servant of Yahweh Of David] Sin is the oracle of the wicked in the depthsof his heart; there is no fear of God before his eyes.
2 Il peccato sussurra all'empio nel suo cuore, timore di Dio non c'è davanti ai suoi occhi.	2 He sees himself with too flattering an eye to detect and detest his guilt;

8 Quanto ricca è la tua misericordia, o Dio! I figli degli uomini cercano rifugio all'ombra delle tue ali.	8 They feast on the bounty of your house, you let them drink from your delicious streams;
9 Della ricchezza della tua casa essi s'inebriano e al torrente delle tue delizie tu li disseti.	9 in you is the source of life, by your light we see the light.
10 Poiché presso di te è la fonte della vita; alla tua luce noi vedremo la luce.	10 Maintain your faithful love to those who acknowledge you, and your saving justice to the honest ofheart.
11 Mostra sempre la tua misericordia a coloro che ti temono, e la tua giustizia ai retti di cuore.	11 Do not let the foot of the arrogant overtake me or wicked hands drive me away.
12 Non permettere che mi raggiunga il piede dei superbi e non mi costringa alla fuga la mano degli empi.	12 There they have fallen, the evil-doers, flung down, never to rise again.
13 Ecco, i malfattori sono caduti, sono inciampati e non si possono rialzare.
