1 ' "The Lord Yahweh says this: The east gate of the inner court must be kept shut for the six workingdays. On the Sabbath day, however, it must be opened, as also on the day of the New Moon;	1 Így szól az Úr Isten: a belső udvarnak kelet felé néző kapuja a hat munkanapon zárva legyen, szombaton azonban nyissák ki, úgyszintén az újhold napjain is nyissák ki.
2 and the prince must go in through the porch of the outer gate and take his position by the doorposts ofthe gate. The priests must then offer his burnt offerings and his communion sacrifice. He must prostrate himselfon the threshold of the gate and go out, and the gate must not be shut again until the evening.	2 A fejedelem vonuljon be kívülről a kapu csarnokán keresztül, és álljon meg a kapu küszöbén; mutassák be a papok az ő egészen elégő áldozatát és békeáldozatait, ő pedig imádkozzék a kapu küszöbén, aztán vonuljon ki, a kaput azonban ne zárják be napestig.
3 The people of the country must prostrate themselves in the presence of Yahweh at the entrance to thegate on Sabbaths and days of the New Moon.	3 A föld népe is e kapu bejáratánál imádkozzék az Úr előtt szombatonként és az újhold ünnepein.
4 The burnt offering offered to Yahweh by the prince on the Sabbath day must consist of sixunblemished lambs and one unblemished ram,	4 Egészen elégő áldozatul pedig a fejedelem ezt mutassa be az Úrnak: szombat napján hat hibátlan bárányt és egy hibátlan kost;
5 with an oblation of one ephah for the ram, and such oblation as he pleases for the lambs, and a hin ofoil for every ephah.	5 ételáldozatul egy éfát a koshoz, a bárányokhoz pedig ételáldozatként annyit, amennyi kezétől telik – továbbá egy hín olajat minden éfához;
6 On the day of the New Moon it must consist of an unblemished young bull, six unblemished lambs andone unblemished ram,	6 az újhold napján egy hibátlan borjút a csordából, hat bárányt és egy kost – hibátlanok legyenek –,
7 when he must make an oblation of one ephah for the bul and one ephah for the ram, and what hepleases for the lambs, and a hin of oil for every ephah.	7 továbbá ételáldozatként mutasson be egy éfát a borjúhoz és ugyancsak egy éfát minden koshoz, a bárányokhoz pedig annyit, amennyi a kezébe fér, és egy hín olajat minden éfához.
8 "When the prince goes in, he must enter by the porch of the gate, and he must leave by the same way.	8 Amikor a fejedelem bevonul, a kapu csarnokán keresztül vonuljon be, és ugyanazon az úton távozzék.
9 When the people of the country come into the presence of Yahweh at the solemn festivals, those whohave come in by the north gate to prostrate themselves must go out by the south gate, and those who havecome in by the south gate must go out by the north gate; no one must turn back to leave through the gate bywhich he entered but must go out on the opposite side.	9 Amikor pedig a föld népe az ünnepnapokon az Úr elé megy: az, aki az északi kapun megy be, hogy imádkozzék, a déli kapun távozzék; aki pedig a déli kapun megy be, az északi kapun távozzék; ne térjen vissza ugyanazon az úton ahhoz a kapuhoz, amelyen bement, hanem átellenben menjen ki.
10 The prince will be with them, coming in like them and going out like them.	10 A fejedelem azonban közöttük vonuljon be a bemenőkkel, és távozzék a kimenőkkel.
11 "On feast days and solemn festivals the oblation must be one ephah for every bul , one ephah forevery ram, what he pleases for the lambs, and a hin of oil for every ephah.	11 A gyülekezés napjain és az ünnepeken egy éfa legyen az ételáldozat minden borjúhoz és egy éfa minden koshoz, a bárányokhoz pedig annyi legyen az ételáldozat, amennyi a kezétől telik – és egy hín olaj minden éfához.
12 When the prince offers Yahweh voluntary burnt offerings or a voluntary communion sacrifice, the eastgate must be opened for him, and he must offer his burnt offerings and his communion sacrifice as he does onthe Sabbath day; when he has gone out, the gate must be shut after him.	12 Amikor pedig a fejedelem önkéntes egészen elégő áldozatot, vagy önkéntes békeáldozatot mutat be az Úrnak, nyissák ki neki a kelet felé néző kaput, és mutassa be egészen elégő áldozatát és békeáldozatát úgy, ahogy az szombat napján történni szokott, és vonuljon ki; miután pedig kivonult, zárják be a kaput.
13 Every day he must offer an unblemished lamb one year old as a burnt offering to Yahweh; he mustoffer this every morning.	13 Mindennap mutasson be az Úrnak egészen elégő áldozatul egy egyesztendős hibátlan bárányt; mindig reggel mutassa be azt,
14 Every morning in addition he must offer an oblation of one-sixth of an ephah and one-third of a hin ofoil, for mixing with the flour. This is the oblation to Yahweh, a perpetual decree, fixed for ever.	14 és mutasson be hozzá ételáldozatul reggelenként egyhatod éfát és egyharmad hín olajat, és hintse meg vele a lisztlángot. Ez az Úrnak törvényes, állandó és örök áldozata legyen.
15 The lamb, the oblation and the oil must be offered morning after morning for ever.	15 Mutassa be a bárányt, az ételáldozatot és az olajat reggelenként örök, egészen elégő áldozatul.
16 "Lord Yahweh says this: If the prince presents part of his hereditary portion to one of his sons, the giftmust pass into the ownership of his sons and become their hereditary property.	16 Így szól az Úr Isten: Ha a fejedelem ajándékot ad valamelyik fiának a maga birtokából, legyen az a fiaié, legyen örökös birtokuk.
17 If, however, he presents part of his hereditary portion to one of his slaves, it wil belong to the manonly until the year of liberation and then must revert to the prince. Only his sons may retain his hereditaryportion.	17 Ha pedig valamely szolgájának ad ajándékot a saját örökrészéből, legyen az az illetőé a szabadulás esztendejéig, akkor szálljon vissza a fejedelemre, mert örökrésze az ő fiait illeti meg.
18 The prince may not take any part of the people's hereditary portion, thus robbing them of what istheirs; he must provide the patrimony of his sons out of his own property, so that no member of my people isrobbed of what is his!" '	18 A fejedelem ne vegyen el semmit sem erőszakkal népe birtokából és tulajdonából, hanem a saját tulajdonából adjon örökrészt fiainak, hogy népem közül senkit se szorítson ki tulajdonából.«
19 He took me through the entrance at the side of the north gate that leads to the rooms of the HolyPlace set apart for the priests. And there before us, to the west, was a space at the end.	19 Azután bevitt engem a kapu oldalbejáratán keresztül a papokhoz, a szentélynek észak felé néző kamráiba; ott egy nyugat felé fekvő helyiség volt.
20 He said to me, 'This is where the priests must boil the slaughtered animals for the sacrifice for sinand the sacrifice of reparation, and where they must bake the oblation, without having to carry them into theouter court and so run the risk of hal owing the people.'	20 Így szólt hozzám: »Ez az a hely, ahol a papok a bűnért és a vétekért való áldozatot főzik majd és az ételáldozatot sütik, hogy ne vigyék ki a külső udvarba és a népet meg ne szenteljék.«
21 He then took me into the outer court and led me to each of its four corners; in each corner of theouter court was a compound;	21 Aztán kivitt engem a külső udvarba, és körülvezetett az udvar négy sarkán; és íme, egy kis udvar volt az udvar sarkaiban, egy-egy kis udvar az udvar minden sarkában.
22 in other words, the four corners of the court contained four smal compounds, forty cubits by thirty, alfour being the same size.	22 Az udvar négy sarkán kis udvarok voltak. Ezeknek a hossza negyven könyök, a szélessége harminc könyök volt; mind a négynek ugyanaz volt a mérete.
23 Al four were enclosed by a wal , with hearths al round the bottom of the wall.	23 Fal vette körül a négy kis udvart, és a fal tövébe körös-körül tűzhelyek voltak építve.
24 He said, 'These are the kitchens where the Temple servants must boil the sacrifices offered by thepeople.'	24 Azt mondta nekem: »Ez az a konyha, amelyben az Úr házának szolgái a nép áldozatait főzik.«
