1 ALLELUJA! Dicsérjétek az Urat az egekből, dicsérjétek őt a magasságban!	1 Al eluia! Praise Yahweh from the heavens, praise him in the heights.
2 Dicsérjétek őt, angyalai mind, dicsérjétek őt, seregei mind!	2 Praise him, all his angels, praise him, al his host!
3 Dicsérjétek őt, nap és hold, dicsérjétek őt mind, ragyogó csillagok!	3 Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, al shining stars,
4 Dicsérjétek őt egek egei, és minden vizek az ég felett	4 praise him, highest heavens, praise him, waters above the heavens.
5 dicsérjék az Úr nevét! Mert ő parancsolt és azok létrejöttek,	5 Let them praise the name of Yahweh at whose command they were made;
6 felállította őket mindörökre, s el nem múló törvényt szabott nekik.	6 he established them for ever and ever by an unchanging decree.
7 Dicsérjétek az Urat a földről, sárkányok és mélységes vizek mind!	7 Praise Yahweh from the earth, sea-monsters and all the depths,
8 Tűz, jégeső, hó, fagy és szélvihar, amelyek parancsát teljesítik;	8 fire and hail, snow and mist, storm-winds that obey his word,
9 Mindnyájan ti hegyek és halmok, gyümölcstermő fák és mind a cédrusok,	9 mountains and every hill, orchards and every cedar,
10 vadállatok és minden állat, csúszómászók és szárnyasok,	10 wild animals and al cattle, reptiles and winged birds,
11 föld királyai és mind a népek, fejedelmek és mind, bírái a földnek,	11 kings of the earth and al nations, princes and all judges on earth,
12 ifjak és szüzek, vének és gyermekek,	12 young men and girls, old people and children together.
13 dicsérjék az Úr nevét, mert csak az ő neve magasztos. Fönsége felülmúlja az eget és a földet,	13 Let them praise the name of Yahweh, for his name alone is sublime, his splendour transcends earthand heaven.
14 és hatalmat adott népének. Dicséret minden szentjének, Izrael fiainak, a népnek amely hozzá tartozik. ALLELUJA!	14 For he heightens the strength of his people, to the praise of al his faithful, the children of Israel, thepeople close to him.
