2 Kako su mili stanovi tvoji, Jahve nad vojskama!	2 My whole being yearns and pines for Yahweh's courts, My heart and my body cry out for joy to theliving God.
3 Duša mi gine i čezne za dvorima Jahvinim. Srce moje i moje tijelo kliču Bogu živomu.	3 Even the sparrow has found a home, the swal ow a nest to place its young: your altars, YahwehSabaoth, my King and my God.
4 I vrabac sebi log nalazi, i lastavica gnjezdašce gdje će položiti mlade svoje: a ja žrtvenike tvoje, Jahve nad vojskama, Kralju moj i Bože moj!	4 How blessed are those who live in your house; they shall praise you continual y. Pause
5 Blaženi koji prebivaju u domu tvome slaveć’ te bez prestanka!	5 Blessed those who find their strength in you, whose hearts are set on pilgrimage.
6 Blažen komu je pomoć u tebi dok se sprema na svete putove!	6 As they pass through the Val ey of the Balsam, they make there a water-hole, and -- a further blessing-- early rain fil s it.
7 Prolaze li suhom dolinom, u izvor je vode promeću i prva je kiša u blagoslov odijeva.	7 They make their way from height to height, God shows himself to them in Zion.
8 Snaga im raste od časa do časa: dok ne ugledaju Boga na Sionu.	8 Yahweh, God Sabaoth, hear my prayer, listen, God of Jacob.
9 Jahve, Bože nad vojskama, čuj molitvu moju, poslušaj, Bože Jakovljev!	9 God, our shield, look, and see the face of your anointed.
10 Pogledaj, štite naš, Bože, pogledaj lice pomazanika svoga!	10 Better one day in your courts than a thousand at my own devices, to stand on the threshold of God'shouse than to live in the tents of the wicked.
11 Zaista, jedan je dan u dvorima tvojim bolji od tisuću drugih. Volim biti na pragu doma Boga svoga nego boraviti u šatorima grešnika.	11 For Yahweh God is a rampart and shield, he gives grace and glory; Yahweh refuses nothing good tothose whose life is blameless.
12 Jahve, Bog, sunce je i štit: on daje milost i slavu. Ne uskraćuje Jahve dobara onima koji idu u nedužnosti.	12 Yahweh Sabaoth, blessed is he who trusts in you.
13 Jahve nad vojskama, blago onom tko se u te uzda.
