Lévitique 27

JERUSALEM	KING JAMES BIBLE
1 Yahvé parla à Moïse et dit:	1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Parle aux Israélites, tu leur diras: Si quelqu'un veut s'acquitter envers Yahvé du voeu qu'il a faitde la valeur d'une personne,	2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.
3 un homme entre vingt et 60 ans sera estimé à 50 sicles d'argent -- sicle du sanctuaire --	3 And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
4 pour une femme l'estimation sera de 30 sicles;	4 And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.
5 entre cinq et vingt ans, le garçon sera estimé à vingt sicles et la fille à dix sicles;	5 And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
6 entre un mois et cinq ans, le garçon sera estimé à cinq sicles d'argent et la fille à trois siclesd'argent;	6 And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.
7 à 60 ans et au-dessus, l'homme sera estimé à quinze sicles et la femme à dix sicles.	7 And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
8 Si celui qui a voué est incapable de faire face à cette estimation, il présentera la personne auprêtre. Celui-ci fera l'estimation, mais il la fera selon les ressources de celui qui a voué.	8 But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.
9 S'il s'agit d'animaux dont on peut faire offrande à Yahvé, tout animal que l'on donne à Yahvésera chose consacrée.	9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.
10 On ne pourra ni le changer ni le remplacer, mettre un bon pour un mauvais ou un mauvais pourun bon. Si l'on substitue un animal à un autre, l'un et l'autre seront choses consacrées.	10 He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.
11 S'il s'agit d'un animal impur dont on ne peut faire offrande à Yahvé, quel qu'il soit, on leprésentera au prêtre	11 And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:
12 et celui-ci en fera l'estimation, le jugeant bon ou mauvais; on s'en tiendra à son estimation,	12 And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.
13 mais si l'on veut le racheter, on majorera cette estimation d'un cinquième.	13 But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.
14 Si un homme consacre sa maison à Yahvé, le prêtre en fera l'estimation, la jugeant de grande oude faible valeur. On s'en tiendra à l'estimation du prêtre,	14 And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.
15 mais si cet homme qui a voué la maison la veut racheter, il majorera cette estimation d'uncinquième et elle lui reviendra.	15 And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.
16 Si un homme consacre à Yahvé l'un des champs de son patrimoine, l'estimation en sera faite enfonction de son produit à raison de 50 sicles d'argent pour un muid d'orge.	16 And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
17 S'il consacre le champ pendant l'année jubilaire, on s'en tiendra à cette estimation;	17 If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.
18 mais s'il le consacre après le jubilé, le prêtre en calculera le prix en fonction des années restant àcourir jusqu'à celle du jubilé et une déduction sera faite sur l'estimation.	18 But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.
19 S'il veut racheter le champ, il majorera l'estimation d'un cinquième et le champ lui reviendra.	19 And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.
20 S'il ne le rachète pas mais le vend à un autre, le droit de rachat s'éteint;	20 And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.
21 quand à l'année jubilaire l'acquéreur devra l'abandonner, ce sera chose consacrée à Yahvé, telun champ dévoué par anathème: la propriété de cet homme passe au prêtre.	21 But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.
22 S'il consacre à Yahvé un champ qu'il a acquis mais qui ne fait pas partie de son patrimoine,	22 And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;
23 le prêtre en calculera le prix d'estimation en fonction du temps à courir jusqu'à l'année jubilaire,et l'homme en versera le montant ce jour même à titre de chose consacrée à Yahvé.	23 Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.
24 Lors de l'année jubilaire le champ reviendra au vendeur, à celui dont c'est la propriété dans lepays.	24 In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.
25 Toute estimation sera faite en sicles du sanctuaire, vingt géras valant un sicle.	25 And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.
26 Nul, toutefois, ne pourra de son bétail consacrer un premier-né qui de droit appartient à Yahvé;gros ou petit bétail, il appartient à Yahvé.	26 Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD's firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD's.
27 Mais si c'est un animal impur on pourra le racheter au prix d'une estimation majorée d'uncinquième; s'il n'est pas racheté, l'animal sera vendu au prix de l'estimation.	27 And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.
28 Cependant rien de ce qu'un homme dévoue par anathème à Yahvé ne peut être vendu ouracheté, rien de ce qu'il peut posséder en hommes, bêtes ou champs patrimoniaux. Tout anathème est chose trèssainte qui appartient à Yahvé.	28 Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.
29 Aucun être humain dévoué par anathème ne pourra être racheté, il sera mis à mort.	29 None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.
30 Toute dîme du pays prélevée sur les produits de la terre ou sur les fruits des arbres appartient àYahvé; c'est une chose consacrée à Yahvé.	30 And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD's: it is holy unto the LORD.
31 Si un homme veut racheter une partie de sa dîme, il en majorera la valeur d'un cinquième.	31 And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.
32 En toute dîme de gros et de petit bétail, sera chose consacrée à Yahvé le dixième de tout ce quipasse sous la houlette.	32 And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.
33 On ne triera pas le bon et le mauvais, on ne fera pas de substitution: si l'on en fait une, l'animalet son remplaçant seront choses consacrées sans possibilité de rachat.	33 He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
34 Tels sont les ordres que Yahvé donna à Moïse sur le mont Sinaï à l'intention des Israélites.	34 These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
