1 The allotment of the descendants of Joseph went from the Jordan by Jericho, east of the waters of Jericho, into the wilderness, going up from Jericho into the hill country to Bethel;	1 La suerte que tocó a los hijos de José partía, por el este, del Jordán cerca de Jericó; iba por el oasis de Jericó y por el desierto que sube de Jericó a la montaña de Betel;
2 then going from Bethel to Luz, it passes along to Ataroth, the territory of the Archites;	2 seguía de Betel a Luz, pasaba hacia la frontera de los arquitas en Atarot;
3 then it goes down westward to the territory of the Japhletites, as far as the territory of Lower Beth-horon, then to Gezer, and it ends at the sea.	3 bajaba al oeste hacia la frontera de los jafletitas, hasta el término de Bet Jorón de Abajo y hasta Guézer, y venía a salir al mar.
4 The people of Joseph, Manasseh and Ephraim, received their inheritance.	4 Esta fue la heredad de Manasés y Efraín, hijos de José.
5 The territory of the Ephraimites by their families was as follows: the boundary of their inheritance on the east was Ataroth-addar as far as Upper Beth-horon,	5 Esta fue la frontera de los hijos de Efraín, por clanes: el límite de su heredad iba por el este desde Atarot Adar hasta Bet Jorón de Arriba
6 and the boundary goes thence to the sea; on the north is Mich-methath; then on the east the boundary turns round toward Taanath-shiloh, and passes along beyond it on the east to Jan-oah,	6 e iba a salir al mar, con Micmetá al norte. 8 From Tappuah the boundary goes westward to the brook Kanah, and ends at the sea.
