28 The rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the temple servants, and all who have separated themselves from the peoples of the lands to the law of God, their wives, their sons, their daughters, all who have knowledge and understanding,	28 Maluc, Jarím, Baaná.
29 join with their brethren, their nobles, and enter into a curse and an oath to walk in God's law which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord and his ordinances and his statutes.	29 El resto del pueblo, de los sacerdotes y levitas, los porteros, los cantores, los empleados del Templo, en una palabra, todos los que se separaron de los pueblos extranjeros para seguir la Ley de Dios, lo mismo que sus mujeres y sus hijos, y todos los que son capaces de entender,
30 We will not give our daughters to the peoples of the land or take their daughters for our sons;	30 se unen a sus hermanos y a sus dignatarios, y se comprometen con imprecación y juramento a proceder según la Ley de Dios, que ha sido dada por medio de Moisés, el servidor de Dios, y a observar y practicar todos los mandamientos del Señor, nuestro Dios, sus normas y preceptos. 31 and if the peoples of the land bring in wares or any grain on the sabbath day to sell, we will not buy from them on the sabbath or on a holy day; and we will forego the crops of the seventh year and the exaction of every debt.	31 En particular, no daremos nuestras hijas a la gente del país ni tomaremos sus hijas como esposas para nuestros hijos.
32 We also lay upon ourselves the obligation to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God:	32 Si la gente del país trae mercancías o cualquier otro objeto, para vender en día sábado, no les compraremos nada en sábado o en día festivo. El séptimo año, dejaremos los campos sin cultivar y cancelaremos cualquier clase de deuda.
33 for the showbread, the continual cereal offering, the continual burnt offering, the sabbaths, the new moons, the appointed feasts, the holy things, and the sin offerings to make atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God.	33 Nos imponemos la obligación de dar cada año un tercio de siclo para el culto de la Casa de nuestro Dios,
34 We have likewise cast lots, the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood offering, to bring it into the house of our God, according to our fathers' houses, at times appointed, year by year, to burn upon the altar of the LORD our God, as it is written in the law.	34 para el pan de la ofrenda y la oblación perpetua, para el holocausto diario y los sacrificios del sábado, de las neomenias y solemnidades, para las ofrendas consagradas y los sacrificios de expiación por los pecados de Israel, en una palabra, para todo el servicio de la Casa de nuestro Dios.
35 We obligate ourselves to bring the first fruits of our ground and the first fruits of all fruit of every tree, year by year, to the house of the LORD;	35 En cuanto a la ofrenda de leña, los sacerdotes, los levitas y el pueblo hemos echado suertes para que cada una de nuestras familias la traiga por turno a la Casa de nuestro Dios, en los tiempos fijados, año tras año, a fin de que arda en el altar del Señor, nuestro Dios, como está escrito en la Ley.
36 also to bring to the house of our God, to the priests who minister in the house of our God, the first-born of our sons and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks;	36 Nos obligamos asimismo a traer a la Casa del Señor, año tras año, los primeros frutos de nuestro suelo, las primicias de todos los árboles frutales
37 and to bring the first of our coarse meal, and our contributions, the fruit of every tree, the wine and the oil, to the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God; and to bring to the Levites the tithes from our ground, for it is the Levites who collect the tithes in all our rural towns.	37 y los primogénitos de nuestros hijos y de nuestro ganado, como está escrito en la Ley. Los primogénitos de nuestro ganado serán llevados a la Casa de nuestro Dios para los sacerdotes que prestan servicio en ella.
38 And the priest, the son of Aaron, shall be with the Levites when the Levites receive the tithes; and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes to the house of our God, to the chambers, to the storehouse.	38 Lo mejor de nuestra molienda, de nuestros productos, de toda clase de frutos, del vino nuevo y del aceite fresco, los llevaremos a los sacerdotes para los depósitos de la Casa de nuestro Dios; el diezmo de nuestro suelo será para los levitas, y ellos mismos cobrarán el diezmo en todas las ciudades de nuestras zonas de cultivo.
39 For the people of Israel and the sons of Levi shall bring the contribution of grain, wine, and oil to the chambers, where are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests that minister, and the gatekeepers and the singers. We will not neglect the house of our God.	39 Un sacerdote, hijo de Aarón, estará con los levitas cuando cobren el diezmo, y los levitas harán llegar la décima parte del diezmo a la Casa de nuestro Dios, para los depósitos del Tesoro.
	40 Porque en esos depósitos los israelitas y los hijos de Leví colocarán las ofrendas de trigo, de vino nuevo y aceite fresco. Allí están también los utensilios del Santuario, los sacerdotes que prestan servicio, los porteros y los cantores. Así no descuidaremos la Casa de nuestro Dios.
