Psalms 74

CATHOLIC PUBLIC DOMAIN	LXX
1 Unto the end. May you not be corrupted. A Canticle Psalm of Asaph.	1 εις το τελος μη διαφθειρης ψαλμος τω ασαφ ωδης
2 We will confess to you, O God. We will confess, and we will call upon your name. We will describe your wonders.	2 εξομολογησομεθα σοι ο θεος εξομολογησομεθα και επικαλεσομεθα το ονομα σου
3 While I have time, I will judge justices.	3 διηγησομαι παντα τα θαυμασια σου οταν λαβω καιρον εγω ευθυτητας κρινω
4 The earth has been dissolved, with all who dwell in it. I have confirmed its pillars.	4 ετακη η γη και παντες οι κατοικουντες εν αυτη εγω εστερεωσα τους στυλους αυτης διαψαλμα
5 I said to the iniquitous: “Do not act unjustly,” and to the offenders: “Do not exalt the horn.”	5 ειπα τοις παρανομουσιν μη παρανομειτε και τοις αμαρτανουσιν μη υψουτε κερας
6 Do not exalt your horn on high. Do not speak iniquity against God.	6 μη επαιρετε εις υψος το κερας υμων μη λαλειτε κατα του θεου αδικιαν
7 For it is neither from the east, nor from the west, nor before the desert mountains.	7 οτι ουτε απο εξοδων ουτε απο δυσμων ουτε απο ερημων ορεων
8 For God is judge. This one he humbles and that one he exalts.	8 οτι ο θεος κριτης εστιν τουτον ταπεινοι και τουτον υψοι
9 For, in the hand of the Lord, there is a cup of undiluted wine, full of consternation. And he has tipped it from here to there. So, truly, its dregs have not been emptied. All the sinners of the earth will drink.	9 οτι ποτηριον εν χειρι κυριου οινου ακρατου πληρες κερασματος και εκλινεν εκ τουτου εις τουτο πλην ο τρυγιας αυτου ουκ εξεκενωθη πιονται παντες οι αμαρτωλοι της γης
10 But I will announce it in every age. I will sing to the God of Jacob.	10 εγω δε αγαλλιασομαι εις τον αιωνα ψαλω τω θεω ιακωβ
11 And I will break all the horns of sinners. And the horns of the just will be exalted.	11 και παντα τα κερατα των αμαρτωλων συγκλασω και υψωθησεται τα κερατα του δικαιου
