1 In his anger, with what darkness has the Lord enveloped the daughter of Zion! 20 Look, Yahweh, and consider: whom have you ever treated like this? Should women eat their littleones, the children they have nursed? 21 Children and old people are lying on the ground in the streets; my young men and young girls havefal en by the sword; you have kil ed them, on the day of your anger, you have slaughtered them pitilessly.	21 Giacquero fuori in terra il vecchio col fanciullo; le vergini mie e i giovani miei son caduti sotto il ferro; hai trucidato, nel dì del tuo furore, hai fatto scempio senza remissione. 22 As though to a festival you cal ed together terrors from al sides, so that, on the day of Yahweh'sanger, none escaped and none survived.
