1 [Prayer Of Moses, man of God] Lord, you have been our refuge from age to age.	1 תפלה למשה איש האלהים אדני מעון אתה היית לנו בדר ודר
2 Before the mountains were born, before the earth and the world came to birth, from eternity to eternityyou are God.	2 בטרם הרים ילדו ותחולל ארץ ותבל ומעולם עד עולם אתה אל
3 You bring human beings to the dust, by saying, 'Return, children of Adam.'	3 תשב אנוש עד דכא ותאמר שובו בני אדם
4 A thousand years are to you like a yesterday which has passed, like a watch of the night.	4 כי אלף שנים בעיניך כיום אתמול כי יעבר ואשמורה בלילה
5 You flood them with sleep -- in the morning they wil be like growing grass:	5 זרמתם שנה יהיו בבקר כחציר יחלף
6 in the morning it is blossoming and growing, by evening it is withered and dry.	6 בבקר יציץ וחלף לערב ימולל ויבש
7 For we have been destroyed by your wrath, dismayed by your anger.	7 כי כלינו באפך ובחמתך נבהלנו
8 You have taken note of our guilty deeds, our secrets in the ful light of your presence.	8 שת עונתינו לנגדך עלמנו למאור פניך
9 Al our days pass under your wrath, our lives are over like a sigh.	9 כי כל ימינו פנו בעברתך כלינו שנינו כמו הגה
10 The span of our life is seventy years -- eighty for those who are strong -- but their whole extent isanxiety and trouble, they are over in a moment and we are gone.	10 ימי שנותינו בהם שבעים שנה ואם בגבורת שמונים שנה ורהבם עמל ואון כי גז חיש ונעפה
11 Who feels the power of your anger, or who that fears you, your wrath?	11 מי יודע עז אפך וכיראתך עברתך
12 Teach us to count up the days that are ours, and we shal come to the heart of wisdom.	12 למנות ימינו כן הודע ונבא לבב חכמה
13 Come back, Yahweh! How long must we wait? Take pity on your servants.	13 שובה יהוה עד מתי והנחם על עבדיך
14 Each morning fill us with your faithful love, we shal sing and be happy all our days;	14 שבענו בבקר חסדך ונרננה ונשמחה בכל ימינו
15 let our joy be as long as the time that you afflicted us, the years when we experienced disaster.	15 שמחנו כימות עניתנו שנות ראינו רעה
16 Show your servants the deeds you do, let their children enjoy your splendour!	16 יראה אל עבדיך פעלך והדרך על בניהם
17 May the sweetness of the Lord be upon us, to confirm the work we have done!	17 ויהי נעם אדני אלהינו עלינו ומעשה ידינו כוננה עלינו ומעשה ידינו כוננהו
