1 Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looketh toward the east:	1 Mi condusse poi alla porta che è rivolta a oriente.
2 And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory.	2 Ed ecco la Gloria del Signore venire da oriente. La sua voce era come il rumore delle grandi acque e la terra risplendeva per la sua Gloria.
3 And it was according to the appearance of the vision which I saw, even according to the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city: and the visions were like the vision that I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell upon my face.	3 La visione che vidi appariva come quella che avevo visto quando venne per distruggere la città e come quella che avevo visto presso il canale Chebàr. Io caddi bocconi.
4 And the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east.	4 La Gloria del Signore venne nel santuario per la porta rivolta a oriente.
5 So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house.	5 Lo spirito mi prese e mi condusse nel cortile interno: ecco la Gloria del Signore riempire il santuario!
6 And I heard him speaking unto me out of the house; and the man stood by me.	6 E udii uno che mi parlava dal santuario, mentre l'uomo stava al mio fianco.
7 And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places.	7 Mi disse: "Figlio dell'uomo, questo è il luogo del mio trono, luogo delle piante dei miei piedi, dove io abiterò in mezzo ai figli d'Israele per sempre. La casa d'Israele non macchierà più d'impurità il mio santo nome, insieme ai suoi re, con le loro prostituzioni e con i cadaveri dei loro re, e le loro stele,
8 In their setting of their threshold by my thresholds, and their post by my posts, and the wall between me and them, they have even defiled my holy name by their abominations that they have committed: wherefore I have consumed them in mine anger.	8 mettendo la loro soglia accanto alla mia e i loro stipiti vicini ai miei, con una semplice parete tra me e loro, e macchiando d'impurità il mio santo nome con le abominazioni che hanno commesso, cosicché li consumai nella mia ira.
9 Now let them put away their whoredom, and the carcases of their kings, far from me, and I will dwell in the midst of them for ever.	9 Ormai allontaneranno da me le loro prostituzioni e i cadaveri dei loro re: e abiterò in mezzo a loro per sempre!
10 Thou son of man, shew the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities: and let them measure the pattern.	10 Tu, figlio dell'uomo, descrivi il tempio alla casa d'Israele; essi si vergogneranno delle loro colpe. Misurino il modello,
11 And if they be ashamed of all that they have done, shew them the form of the house, and the fashion thereof, and the goings out thereof, and the comings in thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the laws thereof: and write it in their sight, that they may keep the whole form thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and do them.	11 perché si vergognino di tutto quello che hanno fatto. Fa' loro conoscere il piano del tempio: il suo arredo, le sue uscite e le sue entrate, tutto il piano e tutte le norme relative. Il suo piano e le sue istruzioni in merito scrivile sotto i loro occhi. Rispettino tutto il piano e tutte le norme relative e le eseguano.
12 This is the law of the house; Upon the top of the mountain the whole limit thereof round about shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the house.	12 Queste sono le istruzioni sul tempio; sulla cima del monte, tutto il suo perimetro da ogni lato, è la parte santissima. Ecco, queste sono le istruzioni circa il tempio".
13 And these are the measures of the altar after the cubits: The cubit is a cubit and an hand breadth; even the bottom shall be a cubit, and the breadth a cubit, and the border thereof by the edge thereof round about shall be a span: and this shall be the higher place of the altar.	13 Queste poi sono le misure dell'altare, in cubiti di un cubito e un palmo: un incavo profondo un cubito con un cubito di larghezza e con un orlo di una spanna sulla sua sporgenza tutt'attorno. Questa era l'altezza dell'altare:
14 And from the bottom upon the ground even to the lower settle shall be two cubits, and the breadth one cubit; and from the lesser settle even to the greater settle shall be four cubits, and the breadth one cubit.	14 dall'incavo a terra al bordo inferiore: due cubiti con un cubito di larghezza; dal bordo piccolo al bordo grande: quattro cubiti e un cubito di larghezza;
15 So the altar shall be four cubits; and from the altar and upward shall be four horns.	15 il focolare era quattro cubiti e sul focolare c'erano quattro corni.
16 And the altar shall be twelve cubits long, twelve broad, square in the four squares thereof.	16 Il fornello era quadrilatero: dodici cubiti per lato.
17 And the settle shall be fourteen cubits long and fourteen broad in the four squares thereof; and the border about it shall be half a cubit; and the bottom thereof shall be a cubit about; and his stairs shall look toward the east.	17 Il bordo era quadrato: quattordici cubiti per lato; l'orlo attorno ad esso era mezzo cubito e l'incavo tutt'attorno un cubito. I suoi gradini erano dal lato orientale.
18 And he said unto me, Son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD; These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt offerings thereon, and to sprinkle blood thereon.	18 Mi disse: "Figlio dell'uomo, così dice il Signore Dio: Queste sono le norme circa l'altare, quando sarà costruito, per offrirvi sopra l'olocausto e aspergervi il sangue.
19 And thou shalt give to the priests the Levites that be of the seed of Zadok, which approach unto me, to minister unto me, saith the Lord GOD, a young bullock for a sin offering.	19 Destinerai per i sacerdoti leviti, della stirpe di Zadòk, che si possono avvicinare a me per servirmi, oracolo del Signore Dio: un giovenco in sacrificio per il peccato.
20 And thou shalt take of the blood thereof, and put it on the four horns of it, and on the four corners of the settle, and upon the border round about: thus shalt thou cleanse and purge it.	20 Prenderai del sangue e lo verserai sui quattro corni dell'altare e sui quattro angoli dell'altare del bordo e sull'orlo tutt'attorno; purificherai le colpe e ne farai l'espiazione.
21 Thou shalt take the bullock also of the sin offering, and he shall burn it in the appointed place of the house, without the sanctuary.	21 Poi prenderai il giovenco del peccato e lo brucerai in luogo appartato del tempio, fuori del santuario.
22 And on the second day thou shalt offer a kid of the goats without blemish for a sin offering; and they shall cleanse the altar, as they did cleanse it with the bullock.	22 Al secondo giorno mi presenterai un capro perfetto in sacrificio per il peccato; toglieranno le colpe dell'altare come le tolsero con il giovenco.
23 When thou hast made an end of cleansing it, thou shalt offer a young bullock without blemish, and a ram out of the flock without blemish.	23 Quando avrai terminato di togliere le colpe dell'altare mi presenterai un giovenco perfetto e un montone perfetto;
24 And thou shalt offer them before the LORD, and the priests shall cast salt upon them, and they shall offer them up for a burnt offering unto the LORD.	24 li presenterai al Signore, poi i sacerdoti vi verseranno il sale e li offriranno in olocausto al Signore.
25 Seven days shalt thou prepare every day a goat for a sin offering: they shall also prepare a young bullock, and a ram out of the flock, without blemish.	25 Ciò per sette giorni: un capro al giorno in sacrificio per il peccato e un giovenco del gregge con un montone perfetto.
26 Seven days shall they purge the altar and purify it; and they shall consecrate themselves.	26 Per sette giorni faranno l'espiazione dell'altare, lo purificheranno e lo inaugureranno.
27 And when these days are expired, it shall be, that upon the eighth day, and so forward, the priests shall make your burnt offerings upon the altar, and your peace offerings; and I will accept you, saith the Lord GOD.	27 Terminati quei giorni, dall'ottavo in poi i sacerdoti immoleranno sull'altare i vostri olocausti, i vostri sacrifici di comunione e vi sarò finalmente favorevole. Oracolo del Signore Dio".
