Ezekiel 43

KING JAMES BIBLE	JERUSALEM
1 Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looketh toward the east:	1 Il me conduisit vers le porche, le porche qui fait face à l'orient,
2 And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory.	2 et voici que la gloire du Dieu d'Israël arrivait du côté de l'orient. Un bruit l'accompagnait,semblable au bruit des eaux abondantes, et la terre resplendissait de sa gloire.
3 And it was according to the appearance of the vision which I saw, even according to the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city: and the visions were like the vision that I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell upon my face.	3 Cette vision était semblable à la vision que j'avais eue lorsque j'étais venu pour la destruction dela ville, et aussi à la vision que j'avais eue sur le fleuve Kebar. Alors je tombai la face contre terre.
4 And the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east.	4 La gloire de Yahvé arriva au Temple par le porche qui fait face à l'orient.
5 So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house.	5 L'esprit m'enleva et me fit entrer dans le parvis intérieur, et voici que la gloire de Yahvéemplissait le Temple.
6 And I heard him speaking unto me out of the house; and the man stood by me.	6 J'entendis quelqu'un me parler depuis le Temple, tandis que l'homme se tenait près de moi.
7 And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places.	7 On me dit: Fils d'homme, c'est ici le lieu de mon trône, le lieu où je pose la plante de mes pieds.J'y habiterai au milieu des Israélites, à jamais; et la maison d'Israël, eux et leurs rois ne souilleront plus mon saintnom par leurs prostitutions et par les cadavres de leurs rois,
8 In their setting of their threshold by my thresholds, and their post by my posts, and the wall between me and them, they have even defiled my holy name by their abominations that they have committed: wherefore I have consumed them in mine anger.	8 en mettant leur seuil près de mon seuil et leurs montants près de mes montants, en établissant unmur commun entre eux et moi. Ils souillaient mon saint nom par les abominations auxquelles ils se livraient,c'est pourquoi je les ai dévorés dans ma colère.
9 Now let them put away their whoredom, and the carcases of their kings, far from me, and I will dwell in the midst of them for ever.	9 Désormais ils éloigneront de moi leurs prostitutions et les cadavres de leurs rois, et j'habiterai aumilieu d'eux, à jamais.
10 Thou son of man, shew the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities: and let them measure the pattern.	10 Et toi, fils d'homme, décris ce Temple à la maison d'Israël, afin qu'ils rougissent de leursabominations. (Qu'ils en mesurent le plan.)
11 And if they be ashamed of all that they have done, shew them the form of the house, and the fashion thereof, and the goings out thereof, and the comings in thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the laws thereof: and write it in their sight, that they may keep the whole form thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and do them.	11 Et s'ils rougissent de toute leur conduite, enseigne-leur la forme du Temple et son plan, sesissues et ses entrées, sa forme et toutes ses dispositions, toute sa forme et toutes ses lois. Mets tout cela par écritdevant leurs yeux, afin qu'ils observent sa forme et toutes ses dispositions et qu'ils les réalisent.
12 This is the law of the house; Upon the top of the mountain the whole limit thereof round about shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the house.	12 Voici la charte du Temple: au sommet de la montagne, tout le territoire qui l'entoure est unespace très saint. (Telle est la charte du Temple.)
13 And these are the measures of the altar after the cubits: The cubit is a cubit and an hand breadth; even the bottom shall be a cubit, and the breadth a cubit, and the border thereof by the edge thereof round about shall be a span: and this shall be the higher place of the altar.	13 Voici les dimensions de l'autel en coudées d'une coudée plus un palme: la base, une coudée surune coudée de large; l'espace près de la rigole, tout autour, un empan; c'est le bord de l'autel.
14 And from the bottom upon the ground even to the lower settle shall be two cubits, and the breadth one cubit; and from the lesser settle even to the greater settle shall be four cubits, and the breadth one cubit.	14 Depuis la base reposant par terre jusqu'au socle inférieur, deux coudées sur une coudée de large;depuis le petit socle jusqu'au grand socle, quatre coudées sur une coudée de large.
15 So the altar shall be four cubits; and from the altar and upward shall be four horns.	15 Le foyer avait quatre coudées, et au-dessus du foyer, il y avait quatre cornes.
16 And the altar shall be twelve cubits long, twelve broad, square in the four squares thereof.	16 Le foyer mesurait douze coudées de long sur douze de large, il était carré sur les quatre côtés.
17 And the settle shall be fourteen cubits long and fourteen broad in the four squares thereof; and the border about it shall be half a cubit; and the bottom thereof shall be a cubit about; and his stairs shall look toward the east.	17 Le socle: quatorze coudées de long sur quatorze coudées de large, il était carré. Le rebord toutautour: une demi-coudée, et la base: une coudée tout autour. Les marches étaient tournées vers l'est.
18 And he said unto me, Son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD; These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt offerings thereon, and to sprinkle blood thereon.	18 Il me dit: Fils d'homme, ainsi parle le Seigneur Yahvé. Voici les dispositions concernant l'autel,lorsqu'on l'aura dressé pour y sacrifier l'holocauste et pour y répandre le sang.
19 And thou shalt give to the priests the Levites that be of the seed of Zadok, which approach unto me, to minister unto me, saith the Lord GOD, a young bullock for a sin offering.	19 Tu donneras aux prêtres lévites - ceux de la race de Sadoq qui s'approchent de moi pour meservir, oracle du Seigneur Yahvé - un jeune taureau, en sacrifice pour le péché.
20 And thou shalt take of the blood thereof, and put it on the four horns of it, and on the four corners of the settle, and upon the border round about: thus shalt thou cleanse and purge it.	20 Tu prendras de son sang, tu en mettras sur les quatre cornes, sur les quatre angles du socle et surle rebord tout autour. C'est ainsi que tu en ôteras le péché et feras sur lui l'expiation.
21 Thou shalt take the bullock also of the sin offering, and he shall burn it in the appointed place of the house, without the sanctuary.	21 Puis tu prendras le taureau du sacrifice pour le péché: on le brûlera dans l'endroit retiré duTemple, hors du sanctuaire.
22 And on the second day thou shalt offer a kid of the goats without blemish for a sin offering; and they shall cleanse the altar, as they did cleanse it with the bullock.	22 Le deuxième jour, tu offriras un bouc sans défaut en sacrifice pour le péché et on ôtera le péchéde l'autel comme on avait fait avec le taureau.
23 When thou hast made an end of cleansing it, thou shalt offer a young bullock without blemish, and a ram out of the flock without blemish.	23 Après avoir achevé d'ôter le péché, tu offriras un jeune taureau sans défaut et un bélier dutroupeau, sans défaut.
24 And thou shalt offer them before the LORD, and the priests shall cast salt upon them, and they shall offer them up for a burnt offering unto the LORD.	24 Tu les présenteras devant Yahvé, et les prêtres jetteront sur eux du sel et les offriront enholocauste à Yahvé.
25 Seven days shalt thou prepare every day a goat for a sin offering: they shall also prepare a young bullock, and a ram out of the flock, without blemish.	25 Pendant sept jours, tu offriras en sacrifice un bouc, en sacrifice pour le péché, chaque jour, et onoffrira un taureau et un bélier du troupeau, sans défaut,
26 Seven days shall they purge the altar and purify it; and they shall consecrate themselves.	26 pendant sept jours. C'est ainsi qu'on fera l'expiation pour l'autel, qu'on le purifiera et qu'onl'inaugurera.
27 And when these days are expired, it shall be, that upon the eighth day, and so forward, the priests shall make your burnt offerings upon the altar, and your peace offerings; and I will accept you, saith the Lord GOD.	27 Passé cette période, le huitième jour et les jours suivants, les prêtres offriront sur l'autel vosholocaustes et vos sacrifices de communion. Et je vous serai favorable, oracle du Seigneur Yahvé.
