Psalms 101

KING JAMES BIBLE	JERUSALEM
1 I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O LORD, will I sing.	1 De David.Psaume. Je chanterai amour et jugement, pour toi, Yahvé, je jouerai;
2 I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.	2 j'avancerai dans la voie des parfaits: quand viendras-tu vers moi? Je suivrai la perfection de moncoeur dans ma maison;
3 I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.	3 point de place devant mes yeux pour rien de vil. Je hais les façons des dévoyés, elles n'ont sur moinulle prise;
4 A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.	4 loin de moi le coeur tortueux, le méchant, je l'ignore.
5 Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.	5 Qui dénigre en secret son prochain, celui-là, je le fais taire; l'oeil hautain, le coeur enflé, je ne puisles souffrir.
6 Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.	6 J'ai les yeux sur les fidèles du pays, qu'ils demeurent avec moi; celui qui marche dans la voie desparfaits sera mon servant.
7 He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.	7 Point de demeure en ma maison pour le faiseur de tromperie; le diseur de mensonges ne tient pasdevant mes yeux.
8 I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the LORD.	8 Au matin, je les fais taire, tous les impies du pays, pour retrancher de la ville de Yahvé tous lesmalfaisants.
