NEW AMERICAN BIBLE	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 The kings of the land east of the Jordan, from the River Arnon to Mount Hermon, including all the eastern section of the Arabah, whom the Israelites conquered and whose lands they occupied, were:	1 وهؤلاء هم ملوك الارض الذين ضربهم بنو اسرائيل وامتلكوا ارضهم في عبر الاردن نحو شروق الشمس من وادي ارنون الى جبل حرمون وكل العربة نحو الشروق.
2 First, Sihon, king of the Amorites, who lived in Heshbon. His domain extended from Aroer, which is on the bank of the Wadi Arnon, to include the wadi itself, and the land northward through half of Gilead to the Wadi Jabbok,	2 سيحون ملك الاموريين الساكن في حشبون المتسلط من عروعير التي على حافة وادي ارنون ووسط الوادي ونصف جلعاد الى وادي يبّوق تخوم بني عمون
3 as well as the Arabah from the eastern side of the Sea of Chinnereth, as far south as the eastern side of the Salt Sea of the Arabah in the direction of Beth-jeshimoth, to a point under the slopes of Pisgah.	3 والعربة الى بحر كنّروت نحو الشروق والى بحر العربة بحر الملح نحو الشروق طريق بيت يشيموت ومن التيمن تحت سفوح الفسجة.
4 Secondly, Og, king of Bashan, a survivor of the Rephaim, who lived at Ashtaroth and Edrei.	4 وتخوم عوج ملك باشان من بقية الرفائيين الساكن في عشتاروث وفي اذرعي
5 He ruled over Mount Hermon, Salecah, and all Bashan as far as the boundary of the Geshurites and Maacathites, and over half of Gilead as far as the territory of Sihon, king of Heshbon.	5 والمتسلط على جبل حرمون وسلخة وعلى كل باشان الى تخم الجشوريين والمعكيين ونصف جلعاد تخوم سيحون ملك حشبون.
6 After Moses, the servant of the LORD, and the Israelites conquered them, he assigned their land to the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh, as their property.	6 موسى عبد الرب وبنو اسرائيل ضربوها واعطاها موسى عبد الرب ميراثا للرأوبينيين والجاديين ولنصف سبط منسّى
7 This is a list of the kings whom Joshua and the Israelites conquered west of the Jordan and whose land, from Baal-gad in the Lebanon valley to Mount Halak which rises toward Seir, Joshua apportioned to the tribes of Israel.	7 وهؤلاء هم ملوك الارض الذين ضربهم يشوع وبنو اسرائيل في عبر الاردن غربا من بعل جاد في بقعة لبنان الى الجبل الاقرع الصاعد الى سعير. واعطاها يشوع لاسباط اسرائيل ميراثا حسب فرقهم.
8 It included the mountain regions and foothills, the Arabah, the slopes, the desert, and the Negeb, belonging to the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.	8 في الجبل والسهل والعربة والسفوح والبرية والجنوب الحثّيون والاموريون والكنعانيون والفرزّيون والحوّيون واليبوسيون.
9 They were the kings of Jericho, Ai (which is near Bethel),	9 ملك اريحا واحد. ملك عاي التي بجانب بيت ايل واحد.
10 Jerusalem, Hebron,	10 ملك اورشليم واحد. ملك حبرون واحد.
11 Jarmuth, Lachish,	11 ملك يرموت واحد. ملك لخيش واحد.
12 Eglon, Gezer,	12 ملك عجلون واحد. ملك جازر واحد.
13 Debir, Geder,	13 ملك دبير واحد. ملك جادر واحد.
14 Hormah, Arad,	14 ملك حرمة واحد. ملك عراد واحد.
15 Libnah, Adullam,	15 ملك لبنة واحد. ملك عدلام واحد.
16 Makkedah, Bethel,	16 ملك مقيدة واحد. ملك بيت ايل واحد.
17 Tappuah, Hepher,	17 ملك تفوح واحد. ملك حافر واحد.
18 Aphek, Lasharon,	18 ملك افيق واحد ملك لشّارون واحد.
19 Madon, Hazor,	19 ملك مادون واحد. ملك حاصور واحد.
20 Shimron, Achshaph,	20 ملك شمرون مرأون واحد. ملك اكشاف واحد.
21 Taanach, Megiddo,	21 ملك تعنك واحد. ملك مجدو واحد.
22 Kedesh, Jokneam (at Carmel),	22 ملك قادش واحد. ملك يقنعام في كرمل واحد.
23 and Dor (in Naphath-dor), the foreign king at Gilgal,	23 ملك دور في مرتفعات دور واحد. ملك جوييم في الجلجال واحد.
24 and the king of Tirzah: thirty-one kings in all.	24 ملك ترصة واحد. جميع الملوك واحد وثلاثون
