2 Rescue me from my enemies, my God; lift me out of reach of my foes.	2 Визволь мене від ворогів моїх, мій Боже! Оборони мене від тих, що повстають на мене.
3 Deliver me from evildoers; from the bloodthirsty save me.	3 Визволь мене від тих, що чинять беззаконня, і спаси мене від душогубів.
4 They have set an ambush for my life; the powerful conspire against me. For no offense or misdeed of mine, LORD,	4 Вони бо на життя моє чигають, змовляються на мене сильні. Нема ні гріха в мені, о Господи, ані провини;
5 for no fault they hurry to take up arms. Come near and see my plight!	5 без усякої вини моєї збігаються, готуються на мене, устань мені назустріч і подивися!
6 You, LORD of hosts, are the God of Israel! Awake! Punish all the nations. Have no mercy on these worthless traitors. Selah	6 Та ти, Господи сил, Бог Ізраїля! Встань на кару всіх народів, не пощади ні одного з віроломних.
7 Each evening they return, growling like dogs, prowling the city.	7 Увечорі повертаються назад, немов пси виють, і бігають навкруги містом.
8 Their mouths pour out insult; sharp words are on their lips. They say: "Who is there to hear?"	8 Ось вони розпустили уста свої, мечі в губах їхніх: «Хто там почує?»
9 You, LORD, laugh at them; you deride all the nations.	9 Але ти, Господи, з них смієшся, висміюєш усіх поган.
10 My strength, for you I watch; you, God, are my fortress,	10 Сило моя! Тебе я пильнуватиму, бо ти моя безпека, Боже.
11 my loving God.	11 Мій Бог, — моє милосердя! Хай Бог прийде мені назустріч, хай дасть мені натішитись над ворогами моїми.
12 May God go before me, and show me my fallen foes. Slay them, God, lest they deceive my people. Shake them by your power; Lord, our shield, bring them down.	12 Побий їх, Боже, щоб не ввели у гріх народ мій. Присилуй блукати їх, у твоїй силі провали їх, Господи, щите наш.
13 For the sinful words of their mouths and lips let them be caught in their pride. For the lies they have told under oath	13 Що слово з уст їхніх — то гріх губ їхніх; нехай спіймаються гординею своєю, прокляттям і брехнею, що розповідають.
14 destroy them in anger, destroy till they are no more. Then people will know God rules over Jacob, yes, even to the ends of the earth. Selah	14 Погуби в обуренні, погуби, щоб більше не було їх, щоб знали, що Бог Яковом править аж по землі край.

18 My strength, your praise I will sing; you, God, are my fortress, my loving God.	18 О моя сило! Тобі псалом співатиму, бо ти, Боже, — мій захист. Мій Бог — моє милосердя!
