1 Der Herr sprach zu Mose:	1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
2 Rede zu den Israeliten und sag zu ihnen: Will jemand ein Gelübde für den Herrn einlösen, das er nach dem üblichen Wert einer Person abgelegt hat,	2 Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them: The man who will have made a vow and espoused his soul to God shall give the price according to the estimation.
3 so gilt für einen Mann zwischen zwanzig und sechzig Jahren ein Schätzwert von fünfzig Silberschekel, nach dem Schekelgewicht des Heiligtums,	3 If it is a male from twenty years to sixty years, he shall give fifty shekels of silver, by the measure of the Sanctuary;
4 für eine Frau ein Schätzwert von dreißig Schekel,	4 if it is a woman, thirty.
5 für einen Jugendlichen zwischen fünf und zwanzig Jahren, wenn es ein Junge ist, ein Schätzwert von zwanzig Schekel, wenn es ein Mädchen ist, ein Schätzwert von zehn Schekel,	5 But from the fifth year until the twentieth, a male shall give twenty shekels; a female, ten.
6 für einen Knaben zwischen einem Monat und fünf Jahren ein Schätzwert von fünf und für ein Mädchen ein Schätzwert von drei Silberschekel,	6 From one month until the fifth year, for a male, five shekels shall be given; for a female, three.
7 für einen Mann von sechzig und mehr Jahren ein Schätzwert von fünfzehn und für eine Frau ein Schätzwert von zehn Schekel.	7 At sixty years and beyond, a male shall give fifteen shekels; a female, ten.
8 Ist derjenige, der das Gelübde gemacht hat, nicht in der Lage, den Schätzwert zu entrichten, dann soll er die Person dem Priester vorstellen. Dieser soll den Schätzwert nach Maßgabe dessen, was der Gelobende aufbringen kann, feststellen.	8 If he is poor, and he does not have the means to pay the estimation, he shall stand before the priest, and however much he will value him and see that he is able to pay, so much shall he give.
9 Handelt es sich um Tiere, die man für den Herrn als Opfergabe darbringen kann, so wird jedes Tier, das man dem Herrn gibt, etwas Heiliges.	9 But an animal which could be immolated to the Lord, if anyone has vowed it, shall be holy,
10 Man darf es weder auswechseln noch vertauschen, nicht ein gutes gegen ein schlechtes oder ein schlechtes gegen ein gutes geben. Wenn man aber doch ein Tier gegen ein anderes vertauscht, so wird sowohl das eine als auch das andere etwas Heiliges.	10 and it cannot be exchanged, that is, neither better for worse, nor worse for better. And if he has exchanged it, both that which was exchanged, and that for which it was exchanged shall be consecrated to the Lord.
11 Handelt es sich um ein unreines Tier, von dem man keine Opfergabe für den Herrn darbringen darf, soll man das Tier dem Priester vorführen,	11 An unclean animal which could not be sacrificed to the Lord, if anyone has vowed it, shall be led before the priest,
12 und dieser soll den Durchschnittswert feststellen; an seine Schätzung soll man sich halten.	12 who, judging whether it is either good or bad, shall set the price.
13 Will man es auslösen, so soll man den Schätzwert um ein Fünftel erhöhen.	13 But if he who offers it was willing to give, he shall add a fifth part above the estimation.
14 Will man sein Haus dem Herrn weihen, so soll es der Priester schätzen, indem er seinen Durchschnittswert feststellt. Man halte sich an die Schätzung des Priesters.	14 If a man has vowed his house, and he has sanctified it to the Lord, the priest shall examine it, whether it is good or bad, and it shall be sold according to the price which he will have established.
15 Will der Mann, der das Haus gelobt hat, es auslösen, so soll er ein Fünftel des Geldes zum Schätzwert hinzufügen und es soll wieder ihm gehören.	15 But if he who vowed it was willing to redeem it, he shall give a fifth part beyond the estimation, and he shall have the house.
16 Weiht ein Mann eines von seinen Erbgrundstücken dem Herrn, so soll der Schätzwert seines Saatgutes geschätzt werden. Ein Hómer Saatgerste entspricht fünfzig Silberschekeln.	16 But if he has vowed a field of his possession, and has consecrated it to the Lord, the price shall be estimated according to the measure of the seed. If the land would be sown with thirty measures of barley, then let it be sold for fifty shekels of silver.
17 Weiht jemand das Feld vom Jubeljahr an, so halte man sich an diesen Schätzwert;	17 If he has vowed his field beginning from the current year of Jubilee, as much as it may be worth, so shall it be estimated.
18 weiht er es aber nach dem Jubeljahr, soll ihm der Priester den Preis entsprechend der bis zum nächsten Jubeljahr ausstehenden Jahre berechnen und vom Schätzwert abziehen.	18 But if, after some amount of time, the priest shall evaluate the money according to the number of years that remain until the Jubilee, then the price shall be reduced.
19 Will derjenige, der das Feld geweiht hat, es wieder auslösen, soll er ein Fünftel des Geldes zum Schätzwert hinzufügen, und es soll wieder ihm gehören.	19 But if he who had vowed it, was willing to redeem his field, he shall add a fifth part of the money to the estimation, and then he shall possess it.
20 Löst er es nicht aus, verkauft es aber einem anderen, so kann es nicht mehr ausgelöst werden,	20 But if he is not willing to redeem it, then it shall be sold to any other; he who vowed it is no longer able to redeem it.
21 und das Feld wird, wenn es im Jubeljahr frei wird, etwas Heiliges für den Herrn, wie ein Feld, das geweihtes Gut ist. Es wird Eigentum des Priesters.	21 For when the day of Jubilee arrives, it shall be sanctified to the Lord. And as a possession that has been consecrated, it rightfully belongs to the priest.
22 Wenn jemand dem Herrn ein Feld weiht, das er erworben hat und das nicht zu seinem Erbbesitz gehört,	22 If a field has been bought, and it is not from the possession of ancestors, it shall be sanctified to the Lord.
23 berechne der Priester den Schätzwert mit Rücksicht auf die Zeit bis zum Jubeljahr und der Mann bezahle die Summe am selben Tag als etwas Heiliges für den Herrn.	23 The priest shall evaluate the price according to the number of years until the Jubilee; and the one who had vowed it shall give to the Lord.
24 Im Jubeljahr soll das Feld an den Verkäufer zurückfallen, dem es als ererbter Landbesitz gehört.	24 Then, in the Jubilee, it shall be returned to the former owner, the one who had sold it and who had held it within the lot of his possession.
25 Jede Schätzung bei dir soll nach dem Schekelgewicht des Heiligtums erfolgen: Zwanzig Gera entsprechen einem Schekel.	25 All estimation shall be weighed according to the shekel of the Sanctuary. A shekel has twenty obols.
26 Eine Erstgeburt beim Vieh, die als Erstlingsgabe dem Herrn gehört, kann man nicht weihen, weder ein Rind noch ein Schaf; denn es gehört schon dem Herrn.	26 The firstborn, which belong to the Lord, no one is able to sanctify or vow, whether it is an ox, or a sheep, they are for the Lord.
27 Aber wenn es die Erstgeburt eines unreinen Tiers ist, kann man es um den um ein Fünftel erhöhten Schätzwert auslösen. Wird das Tier nicht ausgelöst, soll es nach dem Schätzwert verkauft werden.	27 But if it is an unclean animal, whoever offers it shall redeem it, according to your estimation, and he shall add a fifth part to the price. If he is not willing to redeem it, it shall be sold to another for whatever amount it was estimated by you.
28 Aber nichts von dem, was ein Mann von seinem Eigentum an Menschen, Vieh und Feldbesitz als Banngut dem Herrn geweiht hat, darf verkauft oder ausgelöst werden. Alles Banngut ist etwas Hochheiliges; es gehört dem Herrn.	28 All that is consecrated to the Lord, whether it is a man, or an animal, or a field, shall not be sold; neither is it able to be redeemed. Anything, once it has been consecrated, shall be the Holy of holies to the Lord.
29 Kein menschliches Wesen, das als Banngut geweiht wird, kann zurückgekauft werden; man muss es töten.	29 And all that has been consecrated, which is offered by man, shall not be redeemed, but shall surely die.
30 Jeder Zehnt des Landes, der vom Ertrag des Landes oder von den Baumfrüchten abzuziehen ist, gehört dem Herrn; es ist etwas Heiliges für den Herrn.	30 All the tithes of the land, whether from the grain, or from the fruits of trees, are for the Lord and are sanctified to him.
31 Will ein Mann einen Teil seines Zehnten auslösen, muss er ein Fünftel dazuzahlen.	31 But if anyone is willing to redeem his tithes, he shall add a fifth part to them.
32 Jeder Zehnt an Rind, Schaf und Ziege ist dem Herrn geweiht, jedes zehnte Stück von allem, was unter dem Hirtenstab hindurchgeht.	32 Out of all the tithes of oxen, and sheep, and goats, which cross under the rod of the shepherd, every tenth one that arrives shall be sanctified to the Lord.
33 Man soll nicht zwischen dem Guten und dem Schlechten unterscheiden und keinen Tausch vornehmen. Wenn man es dennoch tut, werden das Tier und das mit ihm vertauschte Tier etwas Heiliges; es darf nicht ausgelöst werden.	33 It shall not be chosen by what is good or bad; neither shall it be exchanged for another. If anyone has exchanged it, both that which was exchanged, and that for which it was exchanged, shall be sanctified to the Lord and shall not be redeemed.
34 Das sind die Gebote, die der Herr dem Mose für die Israeliten auf dem Sinai gegeben hat.	34 These are the precepts, which the Lord commanded Moses for the sons of Israel on mount Sinai.
