1 И сделал медный жертвенник: двадцать локтей длина его и двадцать локтей ширина его и десять локтей вышина его.	1 He made a bronze altar, twenty cubits long, twenty cubits wide and ten cubits high.
2 И сделал море литое, --от края его до края его десять локтей, --все круглое, вышиною в пять локтей; и снурок в тридцать локтей обнимал его кругом;	2 He made the Sea of cast metal, ten cubits from rim to rim, circular in shape and five cubits high; a cordthirty cubits long gave the measurement of its girth.
3 и [литые] подобия волов стояли под ним кругом со всех сторон; на десять локтей окружали море кругом два ряда волов, вылитых одним литьем с ним.	3 Under it and completely encircling it were things like oxen, ten to the cubit round the entire Sea; theoxen were in two rows, of one and the same casting with the rest.
4 Стояло оно на двенадцати волах: три глядели к северу и три глядели к западу, и три глядели к югу, и три глядели к востоку, --и море на них сверху; зады же их были обращены внутрь под него.	4 It rested on twelve oxen, three facing north, three facing west, three facing south, three facing east; onthese, their hindquarters al turned inwards, stood the Sea.
5 Толщиною оно [было] в ладонь; и края его, сделанные, как края чаши, [походили] на распустившуюся лилию. Оно вмещало до трех тысяч батов.	5 It was a hand's breadth in thickness, and its rim was shaped like the rim of a cup-lily-shaped. It couldhold three thousand bat.
6 И сделал десять омывальниц, и поставил пять по правую сторону и пять по левую, чтоб омывать в них, --приготовляемое ко всесожжению омывали в них; море же--для священников, чтоб они омывались в нем.	6 He made ten basins, putting five on the right and five on the left, for washing in; the things to be offeredas burnt offerings were to be rinsed in these, but the Sea was for the priests to wash in.
7 И сделал десять золотых светильников, как им быть надлежало, и поставил в храме, пять по правую сторону и пять по левую.	7 He made the ten golden lamp-stands according to the pattern and placed them in the Hekal, five on theright and five on the left.
8 И сделал десять столов и поставил в храме, пять по правую сторону и пять по левую, и сделал сто золотых чаш.	8 He made ten tables which he set up in the Hekal, five on the right and five on the left. He also made ahundred golden sprinkling bowls.
9 И сделал священнический двор и большой двор и двери к двору, и вереи их обложил медью.	9 He made the court of the priests and the great court with its gates and plated the gates with bronze.
10 Море поставил на правой стороне, к юго-востоку.	10 The Sea he placed on the right-hand side of the Temple, to the south-east.
11 И сделал Хирам тазы, и лопатки, и чаши. И кончил Хирам работу, которую производил для царя Соломона в доме Божием:	11 Huram made the ash containers, the scoops and the sprinkling bowls. Thus Huram completed al thework done for King Solomon for the Temple of God:
12 два столба и две опояски венцов на верху столбов, и две сетки для покрытия двух опоясок венцов, которые на главе столбов,	12 the two pillars; the mouldings of the capitals surmounting the two pil ars; the two sets of filigree tocover the two mouldings of the capitals surmounting the pil ars;
13 и четыреста гранатовых яблок на двух сетках, два ряда гранатовых яблок для каждой сетки, для покрытия двух опоясок венцов, которые на столбах.	13 the four hundred pomegranates for the two sets of filigree -- two rows of pomegranates for each set offiligree;
14 И подставы сделал он, и омывальницы сделал на подставах;	14 the ten stands and the ten basins on the stands;
15 одно море, и двенадцать волов под ним,	15 the one Sea and the twelve oxen beneath it;
16 и тазы, и лопатки, и вилки, и весь прибор их сделал Хирам-Авий царю Соломону для дома Господня из полированной меди.	16 the ash containers, scoops and forks. Al these utensils made by Huram-Abi for King Solomon for theTemple of Yahweh were of burnished bronze.
17 В окрестности Иордана выливал их царь, в глинистой земле, между Сокхофом и Цередою.	17 The King made them by the process of sand casting, in the plain of the Jordan between Succoth andZeredah.
18 И сделал Соломон все вещи сии в великом множестве, так что не знали веса меди.	18 There was such an enormous quantity of them that the weight of the bronze could not be calculated.
19 Также сделал Соломон все вещи для дома Божия и золотой жертвенник, и столы, на которых хлебы предложения,	19 Solomon made al the objects designed for the Temple of God, as wel as the golden altar and thetables for the loaves of permanent offering;
20 и светильники и лампады их, чтобы возжигать их по уставу пред давиром, из чистого золота;	20 the lamp-stands with their lamps to burn, as prescribed, in front of the Debir, of pure gold;
21 и цветы, и лампады, и щипцы из золота, из самого чистого золота,	21 the floral work, the lamps, the tongs, of gold (and it was pure gold);
22 и ножи, и кропильницы, и чаши, и лотки из золота самого чистого, и двери храма, --двери его внутренние во Святое Святых, и двери храма во святилище, --из золота.	22 the snuffers, the sprinkling bowls, incense ladles and the pans, of real gold; and the entrance to theTemple, the inner doors (for the Holy of Holies) and the doors of the Temple itself, that is of the Hekal, were alsomade of gold.
