BIBBIA TINTORI	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Perchè si agitano le genti e i popoli meditan vani disegni?	1 Why this uproar among the nations, this impotent muttering of the peoples?
2 Sono insorti i re della terra, i principi cospirano insieme contro il Signore e contro il suo Cristo.	2 Kings of the earth take up position, princes plot together against Yahweh and his anointed,
3 « Spezziamo le loro catene, gettiamo lungi da noi il loro giogo ».	3 'Now let us break their fetters! Now let us throw off their bonds!'
4 Colui che sta. nei cieli si ride di loro, e il Signore li schernisce.	4 He who is enthroned in the heavens laughs, Yahweh makes a mockery of them,

10 Ed ora, o re, mettete giudizio, imparate, o giudici della terra.	10 So now, you kings, come to your senses, you earthly rulers, learn your lesson!
11 Servite al Signore con timore, ed a lui fate festa con tremore.	11 In fear be submissive to Yahweh;
12 Abbraccia te la disciplina, chè non s'adiri il Signore, e voi non vi perdiate fuori della retta via.	12 with trembling kiss his feet, lest he be angry and your way come to nothing, for his fury flares up in amoment. How blessed are al who take refuge in him!
13 Quando ad un tratto divamperà l'ira sua, beati tutti coloro che confidano in Lui.
