1 Canto. Salmo. Di Davide.	1 [Song Psalm Of David] My heart is ready, God, I will sing and make music; come, my glory!
2 Pronto è il mio cuore, o Dio: voglio cantare e inneggiare; così pure l'animo mio.	2 Awake, lyre and harp, I will awake the Dawn!
3 Destatevi, arpa e cetra, perché possa destar l'aurora.	3 I wil praise you among the peoples, Yahweh, I wil play to you among nations,
4 Ti celebrerò fra i popoli, Signore, e a te inneggerò fra le nazioni;	4 for your faithful love towers to heaven, and your constancy to the clouds.
5 poiché grande fino ai cieli è la sua misericordia, fino alle nubi la sua fedeltà.	5 Be exalted above the heavens, God. Your glory over the whole earth!
6 Sii esaltato fino al cielo, o Dio, s'estenda la tua gloria su tutta la terra.	6 To rescue those you love, save with your right hand and answer us.
7 Affinché siano salvi i tuoi eletti, porta salvezza con la tua destra ed esaudiscici!	7 God has spoken from his sanctuary, 'In triumph I wil divide up Shechem, and share out the Val ey ofSuccoth.
8 Dio parla nel suo santuario: "Esulterò e spartirò Sichem, dividerò la valle di Succot.	8 'Mine is Gilead, mine Manasseh, Ephraim the helmet on my head, Judah my commander's baton,
9 Mio è Gàlaad e mio è Manasse: Efraim è l'elmo del mio capo; Giuda il mio scettro;	9 'Moab a bowl for me to wash in, on Edom I plant my sandal, over Philistia I cry victory.'
10 Moab, il catino del mio lavacro; su Edom getto le calzature; sulla Filistea io voglio esultare".	10 Who will lead me against a fortified city, who wil guide me into Edom,
11 Chi vorrà portarmi alla città munita? Chi vorrà guidarmi sino a Edom?	11 if not you, the God who has rejected us? God, you no longer march with our armies.
12 Non sei stato forse tu a rigettarci? E non esci più, o Dio, alla testa delle nostre schiere?	12 Bring us help in our time of crisis, any human assistance is worthless.
13 Dacci tu l'aiuto contro l'avversario, vano è infatti il soccorso dell'uomo.	13 With God we shal do deeds of valour, he wil trample down our enemies.
14 Con Dio faremo prodigi, sarà egli ad abbattere i nostri nemici.
