| 1 O Senhor falou a Moisés, dizendo: | 1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said: |
| 2 Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-Ihes: Se um homem fizer um voto a Deus, avaliar-se-ão as pessoas relativamente ao Senhor, como tu as avalias. | 2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "If anyone vows the value of a person to Yahweh and wishes todischarge the vow: |
| 3 Um homem, dos vinte aos sessenta anos, avaliá-lo-ás em cinquenta siclos de prata, segundo a medida do santuário; | 3 "a man between twenty and sixty years of age wil be valued at fifty silver shekels -- the sanctuaryshekel; |
| 4 Se for mulher, avaliá-la-ás em trinta. | 4 a woman wil be valued at thirty shekels; |
| 5 Dos cinco anos até aos vinte avaliarás o homem em vinte siclos; a mulher em dez. | 5 "between five and twenty years, a boy wil be valued at twenty shekels, a girl at ten shekels; |
| 6 De um mês até aos cinco anos, avaliarás em cinco siclos um menino; uma menina, em três. | 6 "between one month and five years, a boy wil be valued at five silver shekels, a girl at three silvershekels; |
| 7 Aos sessenta anos e daí para cima avaliarás o homem em quinze siclos; a mulher, em dez. | 7 "at sixty years and over, a man will be valued at fifteen shekels and a woman at ten shekels. |
| 8 Se for um pobre, e não puder pagar o valor da tua avaliação apresentar-se-á ao sacerdote, e dará o que este avaliar e vir que ele pode dar. | 8 "If the person who made the vow cannot meet this valuation, he wil present the person concerned tothe priest, and the priest wil set a value proportionate to the resources of the person who made the vow. |
| 9 O animal, que pode ser imolado ao Senhor, se alguém o prometer como voto, será coisa santa, | 9 "In the case of an animal suitable for offering to Yahweh, any such animal given to Yahweh wil beholy. |
| 10 e não poderá ser trocado, nem um bom por um mau, nem um mau por um bom; mas, se o trocar, tanto o que foi trocado, como aquele por que se trocou, ficará consagrado ao Senhor. | 10 It cannot be exchanged or replaced, a good one instead of a bad one, or a bad one instead of a goodone. If one animal is substituted for another, both of them wil become holy. |
| 11 Se alguém faz voto dum animal impuro que não pode ser imolado ao Senhor, leve-o diante do sacerdote, | 11 In the case of an unclean animal unsuitable for offering to Yahweh, whatever it may be, it will bepresented to the priest |
| 12 o qual, julgando se é bom ou mau, determinará o preço. | 12 and he wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. His valuation will be decisive; |
| 13 Se o oferente o quiser resgatar, juntará uma quinta parte sobre a avaliação. | 13 but if the person wishes to redeem it, he will add one-fifth to the valuation. |
| 14 Se alguém faz voto da casa e a consagra ao Senhor, o sacerdote a examinará para ver se é boa ou má, e será vendida pelo preço que ele tiver fixado; | 14 "If a man consecrates his house to Yahweh, the priest wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. Hisvaluation wil be decisive. |
| 15 mas, se o que fez o voto quiser resgatá-la, dará, a mais, uma quinta parte sobre a avaliação, e terá a casa. | 15 If the man who has vowed his house wishes to redeem it, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and itwil revert to him. |
| 16 Se fizer voto, e consagrar ao Senhor um campo, que possui, será avaliado o preço conforme o que leva de semente; se o campo é semeado com trinta alqueires de cevada, será vendido por cinquenta siclos de prata. | 16 "If a man consecrates one of the fields of his ancestral property to Yahweh, its value wil becalculated in terms of its yield, at the rate of fifty silver shekels to one homer of barley. |
| 17 Se fez voto dum campo logo no princípio do ano do jubileu, será avaliado em tanto quanto pode valer. | 17 "If he consecrates the field during the jubilee year, he wil abide by this valuation. |
| 18 Mas, se faz o voto algum tempo depois, o sacerdote calculará o preço segundo o número dos anos que restam até ao jubileu, e isto se abaterá ao preço. | 18 But if he consecrates it after the jubilee, the priest wil calculate the price in terms of the number ofyears stil to run until the next jubilee and the valuation wil be reduced accordingly. |
| 19 Porém, se aquele que fez o voto quiser resgatar o campo, juntará uma quinta parte ao preço fixado, e possui-lo-á. | 19 "If he wishes to redeem the field, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and the field wil revert to him. |
| 20 Mas, se o não quiser resgatar ou for vendido a outro qualquer, aquele que fez voto dele não poderá resgatá-lo, | 20 If he does not redeem it but sel s it to someone else, the right of redemption ceases; |
| 21 porque, quando chegar o dia do jubileu, (o campo) será consagrado ao Senhor, e pertencerá ao sacerdote. | 21 when the purchaser has to vacate it at the jubilee year, it becomes consecrated to Yahweh, like afield vowed unconditional y; ownership of it passes to the priest. |
| 22 Se alguém consagra ao Senhor um campo comprado por ele, campo que não faça parte da herança dos maiores, | 22 "If he consecrates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, but which is not part of his ancestralproperty, |
| 23 o sacerdote fixará o preço conforme o número dos anos que restam até ao jubileu; aquele que fez o voto, dará este preço ao Senhor. | 23 the priest wil calculate the valuation in terms of the number of years stil to run before the jubileeyear; and the man wil pay this sum the same day since it is consecrated to Yahweh. |
| 24 No ano do jubileu, o campo tornará para o antigo dono, que o tinha vendido, e que fazia parte da sua herança. | 24 In the jubilee year the field wil revert to the vendor, the man to whose ancestral property the landbelongs. |
| 25 Toda a avaliação se fará pelo peso do siclo do santuário. O siclo tem vinte óbolos. | 25 All your valuations will be made in sanctuary shekels, at the rate of twenty gerah to the shekel. |
| 26 Ninguém poderá consagrar ou fazer voto dos primogênitos, que, como primogênitos, pertencem ao Senhor: seja um boi, seja uma ovelha, são do Senhor. | 26 "The first-born of livestock is born to Yahweh; no one may consecrate it, whether it be cattle or sheep, for it belongs to Yahweh anyway. |
| 27 Porém, se o animal é impuro, aquele que o ofereceu, o resgatará segundo a sua avaliação, e juntará a quinta parte do preço; se o não quiser resgatar, será vendido a outro pelo preço fixado por ti. | 27 But if it is an unclean animal, it may be redeemed at the valuation price with one-fifth added; if theanimal is not redeemed, it wil be sold at the valuation price. |
| 28 Tudo o que é consagrado ao Senhor, seja um homem, um animal ou um campo, não se venderá, nem se poderá resgatar. Tudo o que uma vez foi consagrado, será uma das coisa santíssima (pertencente) ao Senhor. | 28 "Nothing, however, that someone vows unconditional y to Yahweh may be redeemed, nothing hepossesses, be it a human being or animal or field of his ancestral property. What is vowed unconditional y isespecial y holy and belongs to Yahweh. |
| 29 Toda a pessoa consagrada, que se oferece por um homem, não será resgatada, mas será posta à morte. | 29 A human being vowed unconditional y cannot be redeemed but wil be put to death. |
| 30 Todos os dízimos da terra, ou sejam de grão, ou de frutas das árvores, são do Senhor, a ele são consagrados. | 30 "Al tithes on land, levied on the produce of the soil or on the fruit of trees, belong to Yahweh; they areconsecrated to Yahweh. |
| 31 Mas, se alguém quiser resgatar os seus dízimos, ajuntará ao seu valor uma quinta parte deles. | 31 If anyone wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he will add one-fifth to its value. |
| 32 De todos os dízimos de bois, ovelhas e cabras, que passam por baixo do cajado do pastor, todo o décimo (animal), será consagrado ao Senhor. | 32 "In al tithes on herds or flocks, the tenth animal of al that pass under the herdsman's staff wil beconsecrated to Yahweh; |
| 33 Não se escolherá bom nem mau, nem se trocará por outro; se alguém o trocar, tanto o substituído como o que substituiu, será consagrado ao Senhor, e não será resgatado. | 33 there wil be no examining whether it is good or bad, and no substitution. If substitution takes place,the animal and its substitute wil both become holy without possibility of redemption." ' |
| 34 Estes são os mandamentos que o Senhor deu a Moisés para os filhos de Israel no monte Sinai. | 34 Such were the orders which Yahweh gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites. |
